Very good customer service. The shipping company did not deliver the product and the same day I informed Petit Fernand they sent us another order. In the end I received both. The labels are very easy to stick and seem to be of good quality.

My first order was a success with labels that you put on with the iron. The second order, on the other hand, I received labels to stick on the clothes, and I'm disappointed because my daughter is in a specialized institution and the clothes are washed, so I need labels that stick.

The labels are wonderful except for the thermoadhesive ones that peel off even if you follow the instructions for use, sometimes if you iron them again they last until the next wash. I always get the same thing and it's been a few years since the quality is not the same but it's worth it for the rest of the labels.

I never received my order, I contacted them and they sent it again but I haven't received it either and after 15 days I am now waiting for a refund. The strange thing is that there has been no way to track the order.
