Good happy

The package was delivered quickly. The material it is made of is of good quality and resistant. Also the designs they offer are very nice.

I have been buying labels from Fernand for years 🙂 he is now one of the family. The labels are perfect even after years they are always usable, they don't come off objects or clothes, they don't fade, they resist washing machine and dishwasher. They arrive in a neat and accurate block. I am so happy with them that every year before school starts I place an order so that my daughter has her things sorted by a label with her name and a character in my case deliberately non-commercial.

Kudos for the friendliness and kindness on the part of the operators who welcome inquiries and seek solution. To them go 5 nice full stars. Waiting for my order

Very happy with the service I have used their stickers two years in a row now.

I always purchase sticky labels from here. My kids loved them because there is a wide selection of them. The labels are good, last a long time on clothes, and water bottles.

Excellent product

Always used Petit-Fernard , I found the stickers really good. This time I ordered the products but it was impossible to remove from the "basket" the one's I didn't want so I ended up buying all the stickers... The stickers have arrived 10 working day's ( which is fine as it was busy time) Stickers are good value, but this time was really difficult to remove them from the sheets. The glue was holding really tight so I ended up damage the name tags .. I needed to use sharp item to get it of she sheet.

Very nice labels for this order HEPAD The printed background for me flowers a little too bright and full! But it's still a beautiful print. Thanks also for the fast delivery.

Order received fairly quickly, too bad there was too little choice for the items. because the first page of the site of choice and ordering not much, but the items are good quality.

Took much longer to arrive than expected, half the name tags unusable. Shoe tags are the only things worth buying. Poor customer service, no means of requesting a refund that I could find on the website.

Perfect labels.

Unfortunately my initial order didn't arrive, however after contacting they straight away re-made the order, no questions and sent out the new order to me via tracked post. I ordered a name sticker bundle which are great and beautiful colours. Comes in a brilliant booklet too, will definitely be using again, thank you.

I am very disappointed with the snack box which arrived with a printing defect (illegible first name) and I am even more disappointed to discover that the personalization is done by a simple sticker whose lifespan will not be very high...

The delivery went well, the labels are great and fit any garment!

Fast delivery, goods exactly as I had imagined

Really love the simplicity of these great labels. We have had them for 3 weeks now and not a single one is showing signs of peeling etc.We bought the clothes ones and the shoes ones for our 3 year old twins and they've been put to the test!

Great service

I liked the ease of the website, the designing of them (not thousands of choices which is good) delivery was good, the product is nice but I'm disappointed when you remove them from the backing sheet. They seem strong but they misshape when you remove them from the adhesive backing sheet which is a tad annoying, it doesn't sit neat/straight on my items. It's like it's not really cut properly. Everything good prior just a slight disappointment with the removing of labels.

Thank you very much for sending the labels back to me when the first order was lost, after a few weeks they arrived again. I always used Petit Fernand labels and they arrived on time, only this year they delayed (by a lot) the delivery, but they were able to make it up to me, I think it was more a problem of the post office! Thank you very much.

Very good products. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from the site, the iron-on labels are easy to use and the personalised water bottle with straw is perfect for little hands, easy to open, my 3 year old daughter never leaves it!
