I have bought more times the labels for school. This time I don't know what happened that the labels didn't arrive. I spoke to the team and the same day of the incident they put new labels in place. I have to say that they gave me several options to choose from. The labels arrived and I sent them a photo. They told me that they were the first ones and that the second ones were on their way. I told them if I would return them or pay for them and they said no. I am very grateful to them because they are very helpful.
