I've used Petit-Ferdinand a lot over the last year and am always happy with the products. I like it a lot. I was disappointed with the quality of the personalized lunch box though. I found that it was a sticker and as soon as I got it wet to wash it, it peeled off around the edges. I thought it was a drawing on the plastic not something to stick on. I know how to do that with a supermarket lunch box. If the canteens are the same, I don't buy them. Thanks

I have now waited 3 weeks for my order, only to find that half of it is missing. It was really exhausting to follow up on the phone, which I am now allowed to do again. However, the customer service is very friendly. Nevertheless, I don't know whether I would order from Esistmeins again. The colors on the lunch box are very faint and look washed out. How they hold up in everyday life is still being tested
