After an offer with the Gemo store in September I placed an order the labels of this order never arrived (end of September) thank you postal services ?? but after sending a message to the site the response was quick I attached evidence that the post did not find my order number and that on the site it was written delivered. In short, they offered to return the order or refund my money and I've just received it as I ordered it. Thank you to the site's very responsive and accommodating complaints department.

I love this brand of stickers. They are super customizable and very pretty, both the drawings and the colors I buy here all the courses.

The labels are really strong and durable, beautiful colors and lovely designs. Unic or "but", I have been ordering labels for several years and it would be nice to find some seasonal themes and a few more patterns .

I placed my order on August 17 and it is just today October 7 when I receive it by post. Other years they sent to the Canary Islands without problem and it was a normal shipment without problems. This year they only allowed point of collection. The surprise is that after a while I find out that it has been returned due to delivery problems at the pick up point without giving me notice. I live right next to that store. I complained and they sent it to my home but it took a long time. Unfortunately you do not offer a good shipping service at this time and I will not repeat my experience with you. My labels arrived a month after the start of school and there is much more choice on the market.
