Hello, I still haven't received my order. I'm still waiting for it, hoping to have it before school starts. Sorry but very disappointed.

I still haven't received the labels I ordered over 20 days ago.

I have not received my order even after having claimed it.

Order placed on 12.08 shipped on 14.08 in envelope. School starts in 2 days and envelope not received.

I never received my order!!! I'm well into lambaras so I don't have any for my children's first day of school.

I placed the order on July 29th. It is now August 25 and I still have not received it.

I placed the order, they sent it to me and it never arrived, they resent it to me a second time (at zero cost) and it never arrived either.

I placed an order on August 11, it has not arrived and when I fill out the contact form they send me an automatic email. On their website it appears as delivered and not having paid the 2 tracking fees at the post office they tell me that they can not do anything. I think it's a scam that for not paying those 2 you lose your money and they don't give you a solution. I was about to place a second order because a friend of mine told me that the initial amount was too little and thank goodness I didn't do it. A week before starting school I have to look for another alternative to the race.

I placed an order on August 3rd and I have not received it. I complained and they sent another one on 18/08, but I still haven't received anything...

My order never arrived and I am still waiting for my refund.

The package has not arrived despite the fact that I placed the order on August 2nd. The minimum after spending 18 eur on labels is that they include shipping tracking. If not they should not advertise it as free shipping. I will NOT recommend this site to my friends with children.

I'm really annoyed because as soon as the labels are stuck on, they come off! Very poor quality and very long shipping

The delivery is very fast. My first order was for 100 iron-on labels. I glued them all and saw that they were very pretty, so I recommended the 100 new labels right away. Unfortunately, in the meantime I washed the bodies and the labels came off. I'm extremely disappointed because I didn't even think about them coming off.

Order has never arrived. I have contacted the company twice. And even though they say they contact you back within 48 hours they didnt. Very dissapointed as completely neglected and have no tags for my daughter.

Hello! We're back from vacation, but there are no parcels with stickers. You write what you sent, but nothing has arrived.

Order was dispatched 11 days ago still no sign. Contacted them and they have offered a refund or send again. I've opted for refund as I need it before school starts soon so will have to go elsewhere, its a shame as they had good reviews for quality.

Out of two books of labels, one did not bear my child's name!

The order says delivered and I.bo have received nothing, I try to contact them and they only send satisfaction surveys or delivery periods.

As I haven't received my order yet, I can't really give my opinion. Is it being delivered?

I am still waiting for the order, since July 27th and I have placed the order, in the status it says that it has been delivered and here I have not received anything, my daughter is about to start school and I still don't have the stickers!
