Order finally received on Tuesday August 29th, too bad it arrived after my son started nursery which was on Monday 28th. I had to make all the labels for the clothes and other items by hand. The order had been placed since Saturday August 19, and the envelope arrived all torn! Nevertheless, I'll probably place another order when it's time to mark the winter clothes.

The photos showing the snackboxes are not the right ones, so I end up with two boxes in which I can't even put a compote in a gourd. The first gourds I bought broke regularly, and you sent me a cork. Fortunately, the new gourds are better. On the other hand, the caps are both black, so it's hard for me not to mix them up for my two boys. Otherwise, the labels are fine. So are the kits. It's great that you've suggested colors! I bought two kits for Adrien when you only had white, and I'm very sorry, they're dirty all the time, and look really cheap, even though I paid a lot for them. I'm thinking of continuing to buy the labels but for the rest I think I'll stop (I had bought two beautiful colored kits for the teachers and one was very badly sewn) Cordialement

Hello, I placed an order for stick-on clothing labels. I received them by mail without any problem, I have nothing to say about the design of the labels, and the result is very nice. However, the labels don't stick to the clothes. I did put them on the labels inside the clothes, but they wash off in the first wash (30°). I feel like I've thrown my money out the window. Why offer a product that doesn't serve its purpose? I strongly advise against this type of glue-on label.

The self-adhesive labels are great, but this is the first year I've been disappointed with iron-on labels. Most of the ones I received don't stick despite a 200 degree iron and more than 8 seconds of very firm pressure to try to fix them. Partly disappointed with my order.

I have to admit I don't know how to rate it. Speed of delivery, price, print quality... all seem very good to me. But I must admit I'm disappointed with the model I chose. The labels are very pretty, but on the clothes labels the writing is super small, although I chose the same font and color as the object labels (which sound great). I do very well with the adhesive labels, although they do occasionally come off with washing even at low temperatures. I would have liked to order other items as well, such as the water bottle or the personalized bag, but for anything other than labels there is a flat fee for shipping that makes people give up on the order. Have always been satisfied so far, so have often reordered shoe labels. Placed a new order on 18.08.23. The confirmation email stated the usual processing time of 48 hours. The labels should have been sent by then. To date (24.08.23) no shipping confirmation received. The customer account states that the delivery should take place between 26.08.23 and 04.09.23. If the delivery arrives at the beginning of the specified period - ok, there can always be delays, but 04.09.23 is very late and incomprehensible. If you write an email to customer service, all you get back is a standardized reply with a reference to the 48-hour processing time and the subsequent shipping time by the postal service. Money has already been paid. Not really satisfactory.
