The labels are very pretty, but on the clothes labels the writing is super small, although I chose the same font and color as the object labels (which sound great). You have to get really close to see who the garment belongs to, which isn't very practical for school, and I think I'm going to have to rewrite on them, which is a shame and loses its interest.

For the price of the products, the work isn't perfect: the labels decorating the tartine boxes have air bubbles, and one of the 6 had a small dent in the plastic. But the boxes are great to use, and the disingne are great for kids.

The mini object labels don't stick properly to the pens and pencils - they peel off slightly right from the start... not a good sign for the future.

It's a shame I didn't have better tracking. I tried to trace the delivery and the parcel number, but even the site couldn't find my connection.

They take forever to deliver the package, even the first time it was lost and they had to send it again.

What happened was that the deliveryman didn't drop off the parcel because he couldn't find the address, even though it was correct! What's more, the wait to receive the parcel was prolonged.

I do very well with the adhesive labels, although they do occasionally come off with washing even at low temperatures. I would have liked to order other items as well, such as the water bottle or the personalized bag, but for anything other than labels there is a flat fee for shipping that makes people give up on the order. Too bad indeed!

The delivery time to was different to when they actually arrived.

I love the product. I have been using it for a couple of courses for my little girl...but by mistake, I understand, I got a whole page with a different name. I have lost that page so I can use it with my daughter. Otherwise fine, as always.

I never received my order. I was given a full refund very quickly though.

The labels are very pretty and arrive quickly. The ones for clothes and shoes are very practical and hold up well over time. This time, unfortunately, some of them are difficult to remove (poor pre-cutting). Some item labels are also too big.

Disappointed with this year's order the labels are no longer as beautiful and even slightly blurred! 🙁 too bad I liked it better before

Order Number 3001138826 Untraceable order, I did not receive anything at home, although the website indicates that the package was delivered. Good thing I only paid 3 - UPDATE Order received!

The labels were very pretty but they mixed up the labels of the 2 children, which was very annoying given that they were back-to-school gifts.

Have always been satisfied so far, so have often reordered shoe labels. Placed a new order on 18.08.23. The confirmation email stated the usual processing time of 48 hours. The labels should have been sent by then. To date (24.08.23) no shipping confirmation received. The customer account states that the delivery should take place between 26.08.23 and 04.09.23. If the delivery arrives at the beginning of the specified period - ok, there can always be delays, but 04.09.23 is very late and incomprehensible. If you write an email to customer service, all you get back is a standardized reply with a reference to the 48-hour processing time and the subsequent shipping time by the postal service. Money has already been paid. Not really satisfactory.

Unfortunately, my order was a bit of a dud

I have completed my first order in chronoposte supposedly in 24h 48h except that I received in 3 or 4 days so avoid this shipment is abuse really otherwise it's fine.

After a request for a reprint because the labels weren't readable, we received the same thing, only worse. I think the colors, or the font, are wrong. Then you should remove this option from your online menu.

Order received halfway. This is the third time I've placed an order. This is the 1st time this has happened. I'm waiting for the balance of my order.

I paid for 24h delivery and received my item 5 days later.

Very good quality nothing to say but the. Format is very large compared to my order last year. I have to recommend a smaller size?

Order received quickly and conformed to our expectations in terms of visuals. The labels are very pretty and make it easy to personalize baby's items for the nursery. However, I'm very disappointed with how well the labels hold up on clothes! They came off in the 1st wash, even though I followed all the instructions. I wouldn't recommend it at all, as it's not financially advantageous...

Labels are pretty, but they come off... Whether it's object labels or clothing labels.

The colors aren't as pretty as my previous orders (less choice and less quality) w In addition, the quality of the labels I bought this time is really inferior (they come off with difficulty and there are still bits of "glue" on the self-adhesive clothing labels). I'm really disappointed with this purchase, whereas I was completely satisfied with the last 2 orders.

I found it unacceptable that this year my order was mixed up. I ordered two maternal packs and separate labels for my 9 year old, so there were three first names and instead of receiving 3 notebooks with their own labels, I received 4 and everything was mixed up inside. I had to unstrap everything to check the accuracy of my order and to dispatch to each their labels. I thought the service was a shame. The quality of the labels has always been top-notch, which is why I order them every year.

I did not receive all of my order!!!

I've been a customer for many years, but in recent months the quality of iron-on labels has changed, and not for the better. The print is less sharp, coarser, more pixelated and less elegant, but also the quality of the backing is really less good, thinner, more plasticized, the label melts on the fabric losing its shape, it "dislocates" and drools. When I placed my second-to-last order, I thought it was a serial problem. I didn't want to make a complaint, as I'd already had to do one for a gourd (and the after-sales service had done a good job on that one), I didn't want to act like a never-satisfied customer, so I made do with these labels, which I was moderately satisfied with, hoping that it would be better with my future orders (with 3 children, I use a lot of labels). But with my new and latest order, I see that it wasn't just a serial defect, but a change in quality. So I don't think I'll be ordering again, as the result on the clothes is really unfortunate. It's a pity, because up to now I've been more than satisfied!

I ordered two gourds and loved them. I would recommend them. However I am very disappointed with the labels, too small and poorly explained for the order I will not repurchase. For these I'm not happy at all.

Having ordered elsewhere, I was disappointed! Not many labels ... especially for items, I had to buy others... I'll go back to pepehart.

Delivery time too long.

The label doesn't hold much after ironing and hangs on the net for more than 10 seconds, but after 1 wash it's completely gone! Very disappointed considering the price and time spent! Would not recommend

I thought I'd get the labels in grey and the writing in white, but it's the other way round. I find it difficult to know which color to select. The names of the colors are not indicated. I'll do with those this time.

We ordered the labels before leaving on vacation. They arrived while we were away. When we got home, we discovered that they didn't have the unicorns we wanted to go with the child's name.

My labels never arrived

Delay too long order on 5/08 delivery on 16/08 .my daughter could not have her labels, she was leaving on the 16th in the morning for camp.

A difference between what I had done on screen and the final rendering. Now we'll see how well they match

Disappointed And price a bit high

I don't recommend... what a disappointment Order placed, shipped the next day. 13 days later still nothing received even though the site tells me that the order has been delivered. Positive points: the price and customer service that responds quickly.

It took forever to arrive. The stickers were great as always but this time they took too long.
