Nice convenient fast enough, the only thing didn't give me the option on a label to choose the design and it automatically put me a unicorn but I have a male, otherwise all great

Our order didn't arrive on time so we contacted customer services and Matthias was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue, we had to reach out to him a couple of times due and each time he was polite and professional, despite the items being delayed we have been very happy with the customer service.

Second order for kindergarten, the labels hold up to laundry and dishwashing. A little plus for the ninja emoji, I'm what they call "the best mom ever".

Order labels for my grandson and unfortunately, they didn't arrive, I contacted the sell and they were so supportive and offered me another order to be sent out straight away, no fuss, no issue just couldn't be more helpful, I truly believe it was a postal problem why I didn't receive my order and not the fault of the company. The stickers were a perfect size and sticks on well even after many washes.

I've been ordering my kids' labels from this site for a while now. The labels are very good, they stick pretty well and resist washing. But the only downside, for which I'm only giving 3 stars, is the delivery time! 10 days for delivery is particularly long. You don't want to run out at home, so anticipate your needs!

Great communication and really happy with the product. So easy to use and saves soo much time.

Lovely labels, just as I wanted them. Only gripe is they can be really hard to pull of the backing which can cause the protective layer to peel off. Otherwise very happy and they last long!

Good quality of products that I have been using for four years already. Less happy with the waiting time that lasted over fifteen days with free shipping.

So far I've tested the "object" labels on my 4-month-old's bottles. They haven't moved all week, they're water and heat resistant, so I'm waiting to see what happens in the long term. As for the clothes, I haven't had a chance to wash them yet, so we'll see.

As with previous items purchased, the quality is excellent. Shipping meets the timeline stated in the order, and it is very convenient to pick up the order at a BRT Point which saves a few pennies!!!
