The labels are great however the delivery time (over 10 days from printing) is definitely long.

Time too long for delivery

Always satisfied, I've been ordering here for several years. Quality labels, super pretty, never comes off even in the wash unless I remove it myself. Customer service is top notch, very responsive and always finds a solution quickly. Example: my order didn't arrive on time, or even afterwards. After a complaint, they immediately sent me a new order. Not to mention the price, which is super affordable! Thank you C mon etiquette

Beautiful labels. Order placed twice as the first order was not successful (lost shipment) but Petit Fernand immediately arranged for a second shipment quickly.

First experience and already won over. Beautiful design, choice of colors and logos. Quick delivery at home, the packaging for the labels is very well done and the instructions are clear! Highly recommend!!!

The product very well, I had already made other orders before and very well, the transport bad, slow, the first shipment did not arrive and I had to send it back from petit

It took two weeks for the stickers to be shipped and then I didn't even receive them. This caused a lot of inconvenience as I needed the stickers as soon as possible. I happily accepted a refund after contacting customer care about the failed delivery and they were helpful and efficient at dealing with my issue.

The products are unique They really last forever Too bad the shipping that although free is very very slow All in all though it is worth the wait because the stickers are awesome

I like the treatment and the quality of the product. The only problem was the delivery time of the delivery man, but Petit-fernand responded promptly and assumed the cost of shipping when the service was delayed.

Ive ordered these every year since my son started school 2021. They are fantastic and stay on after every wash. Ive stuck them on clothes, inside shoes, lunch boxes, drink bottles and many more things. A* rating

I purchased the labels for school supplies after I bought them several years ago because they are the best. Unfortunately, the shipment arrived late due to the post office and I contacted support.Promptly they asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted another shipment.I opted for the latter and in the meantime the labels arrived...I notified them saying I would also pay them for the second shipment if it arrived and when it arrived I notified them and they gave it to me.RECOMMENDED for kindness and quality of the product.

Labels peel off after one wash

It is to improve the shipping too long time , on the other hand the staff on the customer service phone is very kind.

Labels as preview and affordable price. All good service and fast shipping. Only suggestion would be to provide a tracking number to follow the shipment.

I never received my order

Despite the delivery mishap I received a new delivery. Product always perfect.

The quality of the product is good but the delivery took much longer than usual, I even paid for express shipping and even then it didn't arrive quickly, it took more than 1 week and honestly it leaves much to be desired in that aspect.

I ordered labels, they took a long time to arrive and were different in size than expected. Prices have risen a lot in recent years

I have been using petit- fernand products for years and have been doing great. Also, last time for a shipping problem the order had not arrived and they immediately sent the products back to me at their own expense. Thank you 🙂

Really nice labels & fonts to choose from. Unfortunately, an iron on label fell off after washing an item just once. I'd prefer them not to feel as plastic & shiny also. The look is great though, especially being able to choose the same colour background as the item of clothing.
