I am very disappointed!!! On January 17, 2019 I ordered a thermos bottle and a lunch box, after several contacts with customer service my order arrived in mid-February, allegedly the German post office had problems with the delivery. I accepted this, even though I never have any other problems with the post office. Now, 4 months later, the outer coating is coming off, the lid has broken off and the bottle has a few dents. Yes, it has certainly been dropped a few times, children don't always take good care of their things. So I contacted customer service again and the answer was, you can order a new one, but after 6 months we can't accommodate you. When I replied that the goods had been in my possession for less than 6 months, the answer was that it had been too long anyway. Conclusion: 1x AND NEVER AGAIN

A lovely selection of stickers - I love the shoe stickers and the clothing stickers, they make it easier to label my daughter's nursery clothes and I love the designs. It's very rare that a sticker peels off clothing before my little one has grown out of if, and I always tumble dry her clothes. The delivery of labels arrives really quickly which is helpful when I run out unexpectedly.
