We ordered the kindergarten name set and a mug with a princess picture + name for our daughter. The goods arrived very quickly and very nicely. Unfortunately the mug was damaged by the delivery person so I took a picture and sent an email to ES ist Meins. Immediately a new one was made and arrived today tip top so service 1a 1 star deduction there was only because of the first defective goods and improvement possibilities such as bubble wrap or the same otherwise always happy again ?
