Order labels for my grandson and unfortunately, they didn't arrive, I contacted the sell and they were so supportive and offered me another order to be sent out straight away, no fuss, no issue just couldn't be more helpful, I truly believe it was a postal problem why I didn't receive my order and not the fault of the company. Great communication and really happy with the product. So easy to use and saves soo much time.

Lovely labels, just as I wanted them. Only gripe is they can be really hard to pull of the backing which can cause the protective layer to peel off. Otherwise very happy and they last long!

So far I've tested the "object" labels on my 4-month-old's bottles. They haven't moved all week, they're water and heat resistant, so I'm waiting to see what happens in the long term. As for the clothes, I haven't had a chance to wash them yet, so we'll see.

As with previous items purchased, the quality is excellent. Shipping meets the timeline stated in the order, and it is very convenient to pick up the order at a BRT Point which saves a few pennies!!!

The labels are great however the delivery time (over 10 days from printing) is definitely long.

Always satisfied, I've been ordering here for several years. Quality labels, super pretty, never comes off even in the wash unless I remove it myself. Customer service is top notch, very responsive and always finds a solution quickly. Example: my order didn't arrive on time, or even afterwards. I like the treatment and the quality of the product. The only problem was the delivery time of the delivery man, but Petit-fernand responded promptly and assumed the cost of shipping when the service was delayed.

I purchased the labels for school supplies after I bought them several years ago because they are the best. Unfortunately, the shipment arrived late due to the post office and I contacted support.Promptly they asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted another shipment.I opted for the latter and in the meantime the labels arrived...I notified them saying I would also pay them for the second shipment if it arrived and when it arrived I notified them and they gave it to me.RECOMMENDED for kindness and quality of the product.

Labels as preview and affordable price. All good service and fast shipping. Only suggestion would be to provide a tracking number to follow the shipment.

Despite the delivery mishap I received a new delivery. Product always perfect.

The quality of the product is good but the delivery took much longer than usual, I even paid for express shipping and even then it didn't arrive quickly, it took more than 1 week and honestly it leaves much to be desired in that aspect.
