Fabulous customer service, I ordered the wrong thing and instantly got a refund so I could go back I re order the correct items. My order arrived quickly and they’re really good quality I’ve done a few washes now and they haven’t come off!

I bought a personalized water bottle for my daughter and was very disappointed with the delivered product. It ultimately turned out to be a water bottle to which about fifteen stickers were added. We could have easily made it ourselves at a much lower price than what we paid on C-Monetiquette. So this will probably be my first and last shopping experience on this site. Have a nice day

Compared to the order placed 2 years ago, I found these labels less resistant to washing than those ordered previously. Glossy finish and not matte compared to those already taken. Maybe that changes?

I placed a large order with Petit Fernand. I initially had some issues with some of the labels coming off in the wash. However the customer service I received from this company was fantastic. They sent me out spare labels to replace the ones lost. My children love the designs, my initial order arrived in very good time. Overall I'm really pleased with the help and experience that I received.

I have been buying labels for my daughter for several years. I am always delighted. The labels really stick well on clothing, adhesive like iron-on even after several machine washes.
