After a first order that never arrived at home, the customer service was responsive and quickly resent the same order.

Large choice of customizable labels. The price is a bit high but I am still waiting for promotions. The labels last through several washes. Depending on the fabric, they need to be replaced (I would say in 10% of cases). Delivery is about 1 week.

Well-packaged parcel, it was very nice to let my 3-year-old son create his water bottle to his own taste and the same for my 5-year-old daughter. Eyes sparkling at the opening of the parcel.
