The last 2 orders I placed did not arrive and I had to claim them again, but they did not arrive in time for what I had bought them for. When you buy is with all the conditions, and if I knew it was going to take so long I would not have ordered. I asked for a refund, since they did not meet deadlines and I did not even get an answer.

We ordered a lunch box for our niece for her first day at school, it was defective within a very short time and after contacting customer service, they said that they can no longer do anything for an order that is older than three months, neither a repair nor a new delivery or a refund. Cheeky, especially with children's products !!!! Absolutely no recommendation to buy!!!!!

I just wanted to give you some feedback on my recent order. One of the lunch boxes arrived with a broken clip !! This is extremely disappointing. Your product as a whole is disappointing. I was sad to find it is all cheap plastic with cheap stickers. I will not be ordering again and quite frankly I feel extremely ripped off and will be leaving a review to warn others! The lunchboxes and snack boxes are flimsy and the labels are cheap stick on one some of which were not even on straight and had air bubbles. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The quality of other brands I have ordered from such as Bento far outweighs this brand. Petit Ferdinand are charging for plastic with stickers! I could have done this myself with a label maker and plastic Tupperware. Absolute rip off. From a very disappointed customer.

I have been chasing Customer care for days to get a reshipment of the product, too bad they disappeared since I rechecked that nothing had arrived, just on their advice I had to act through PayPal to get a refund. Too bad, because I liked their labels...but evidently they still don't know how to handle either customer or inconvenience.

I wish I could give ZERO star, because I does not even deserve 1 star! This website plays a trick! The do not produce in the UK, but pretending so by using co.uk website. And the no track number is a massive scam! They offer lower price, but there is no track number or record at all, I did not receive any of my order and I cannot even know where they are. The quality of the hotmelt stickers has decreased a lot. After the first wash they have started to peel off at the ends. I ordered these stickers years ago and this did not happen to us. For this reason, I do not recommend them and will not buy them again.

The labels have not lasted a couple of washes. I followed the ironing instructions to the letter and nothing... I tried to re-stick the ones that came out of the washing machine a little loose and more or less.... Maybe they will hold up to the next wash, but certainly not what I expected, especially considering they are designed for children's clothes, which are washed very frequently.
