The "clothing" labels do not stick to the clothing... it's more than annoying...

The clothing labels come off easily after washing... I expected a really durable product. It's a shame because the design and idea are very nice.. but it's a pity to waste money like this and have to buy something to label everything again.
Our labels are made to withstand the washing machine and dryer up to 60°C.

I bought the iron-on labels... they all come off after the first wash despite following the usage instructions.

The drinking bottles are unfortunately not dishwasher safe, which was not mentioned in the description. What a pity!
I am very surprised to read your email.
The product sheet of the drinking bottle you purchased clearly states:
"The bottle should be rinsed by hand with water.
Tip: Avoid the dishwasher to keep the design intact for a long time."

The heat-adhesive labels come off after one wash at 30°C! And yet, I followed the instructions for sticking them... The sticky labels are satisfactory, however.

I am disappointed with the iron-on labels. They do not hold up in the wash (30°) as indicated in the description. The labels peel off partially or totally with each wash or use. I am disappointed with my purchase for the price... yet I carefully followed the instructions for installation.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied, after a few days the water bottle no longer closes properly and consequently leaks water. It's a shame that the box had already been thrown away, I would have requested a refund.

My order is stuck at the status 'generated'. Without news the day before the return, I took the liberty of calling, the response: 'oh, sorry, it has not been received by our services'. The debit was indeed processed on my account. I find that a bit light. There could have at least been a proposal for a commercial gesture from you. It's quite disappointing. Too bad.

This was not what I wanted. I wanted labels for the crayons highlighted in the photos and I received average labels that are too big

Snack box: personalization okay but bubbles everywhere under the sticker, for the price it's surprising, we expect something better made. Labels: the smallest ones are meant to be stuck on pens, carefully stuck, 30 minutes later, they started to peel off... I am disappointed and would not recommend this site.

One of the names printed was double printed on sticker

Black stains inside the cap (between the two walls) and unremovable! At the price of the insulated bottle, this is unacceptable! Nice bottle, it's a shame!

I am particularly disappointed with this last order. Indeed, I had ordered it last year and the labels held well with the iron, but these ones stick directly and even after 24 hours, they come off easily... I really wanted the ones that can be ironed on. They hold and adhere to the clothing. So, I had to use the stamp I had... much less fun and pretty... What a shame...
