The label is very practical but doesn't stick as well as before.

Unfortunately, the order did not arrive as announced. I wrote an email to ask what happened to my order and received no reply. Poor customer service.

Delighted with the labels I bought previously Disappointed with the lunch box, perhaps I didn't read the description properly but I thought the design was engraved in the box when it's just a sticker on top, there were bubbles in it,! which I was able to remove myself by going over it with a square and so I redid the edges too. Otherwise, the box itself is fine. It's ideal because I can put a jar of compote in it, as it's quite high.

The personalization options are varied. However, I'm disappointed that the labels don't stick properly on pens.

The stickers on the bottles come off very quickly when you put them in a bag.

I ordered a gourd, a snack box and 30 iron-on labels, and while the gourd and the box are great quality, I'm very, very disappointed with the labels because, despite following the instructions to the letter, I've already got 4 of them peeling off my clothes. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Fast delivery, compliant products, but I find the bottle caps very hard to close.

Thermo-adhesive labels don't stick

I did not receive my order although I contacted customer service and the response and solution was very quick. I would have liked to be able to comment on the product.

Very good product and nice colors, honestly though I preferred the texture of other years. Now it is really plasticized adhesive, before it looked more like paper...I preferred it. Arrived in 10 days

Hello, I have ordered labels several times without any problem. This time, I find that the quality of the printing is not great, it lacks color compared to last time. The delivery time and the delivery of the order are top notch. Do you have 1 label for socks?

The gourds are pretty, too bad the two gourds I bought leak.

The delivery took a disproportionately long time and did not arrive within the specified period, which meant it was too late for the school enrollment gift.

The labels ordered, nothing to complain about. However, I was disappointed with the wooden medallion. The wood was damaged, with a mark right down the middle.

Stickers are great! The lunch boxes look great but unfortunately much too thick for a school bag.

The envelope took on water in the letterbox, delivered during my vacations... so the labels warped... Maybe rethink the packaging: one of your competitors, from whom I also ordered labels, uses envelopes with bubble wrap. No problems.

I ordered labels as I do every year and did not receive my order. But I called customer service and they issued a refund, which I received.

Labels arrived as ordered however over the years in my opinion they have lost some quality. The shoe labels were better when there was also the clear part to apply on top for more durability. Also the ones to iron on I preferred the earlier ones.

I have not reveived my order.

Very nice print, but does not stick strongly enough to pencils, felt-tip pens, suitable for a flat surface.

It takes a long time to arrive. Order shipped July 28 and received August 16.

Ridiculously long time between order and delivery.

The labels come off in the wash. I waited more than 24 hours with the wash.

I placed an order and after waiting a month I complained that they did not arrive. They sent it to me again and then when I thought they were lost, they arrived again. Great customer service, but the shipping...the rest is ok.

I bought the stickers, but unfortunately I find them more and more often in the washing machine or dryer or on other items of clothing. What a pity

Concern the labels do not hold i left 72h before washing at 30 ALL AND PART, and not practical that sticks directly on the labels i would prefer the one to iron but good

I have already purchased from this site but I am not completely satisfied. I bought 2 races for my son which are extremely difficult to open and close. They are already damaged after 1 year of use. I lost the cap of the gourd I sent a msg via Instagram never answered! So I had to buy another 8euros!!!! Knowing that the gourd costs almost 18euros! When the labels to stick to clothes it does not hold either! I won't order from them anymore!

Very long shipping, stickers do not deliver what is promised

Overall designing and purchasing was great. However, the stickers were delivered in a paper envelope on a rainy day, therefore the envelope was soaked and so was the book the stickers came in. Maybe in future you change your packaging to plastic or maybe coat the book in a plastic layer.

I loved being able to personalize the labels with my son's favorite colors and characters. The Maternelle kit is complete and I quickly received my order. The only downside is that the iron-on labels for the clothes don't hold up very well after a first wash, and half of them came off. ?? The rest of the labels (objects...) are perfect.

It has arrived more than a month late and with the stickers mixed up from two children. All in all the stickers are the ones I like the most and have good quality.
