Pleased with my orders, good quality products. The self-adhesive labels for objects are water-resistant (for bottles) and even dishwasher-safe. Clothes labels also hold up well. The only downside is that the new square labels, which stick onto existing clothing labels, are less effective. But the rest is great.

Order supposedly dispatched on 19/07. Here we are on 29/07 and still nothing! My order is in "awaiting payment" status, even though I've been debited. Customer service is asking me for proof, which I have sent. And yet they tell me that the order has been shipped. 10 days for a letter, I've been debited, but still nothing. I just received my order today 06/08. A bit long, but maybe it's the post office's fault. They redid my order so that I could have it, which I received today. Good service, maybe it wasn't their fault. So I'm amending my note
