Order placed was a bit hectic, but my fault to begin with. I got the wrong product (sticky instead of iron-on) and customer service was very understanding. Exchanged without difficulty. But I didn't receive the labels. After a reminder, the service sent back the order, which I received with a little more delay than 48 hours. The labels are very pretty. Not yet tested for use. In conclusion, great customer service (despite a few setbacks) and a lovely product.
