What can I say,! I rarely take time to write reviews but these guys deserve it so much. My lookalike "cheque book" labels never arrived but an empty envelope did so I contacted Royal Mail to raise my concern and log a complain. RM asked me to contact Petit Fernand to ask them to put a claim through and that they would contact me, to this day I haven't heard from the RM. On the other hand, I contacted Petit Fernand and within 30 minutes hey have already replied to my e-mail and after 2 e-mails explaining the situation, they agreed to resend the labels at no cost. I don't know many companies which would have done that but Petit Fernand has now got a lifelong customer. Brilliant customer service. Well done PF, we need more companies like you! Merci
