Excellent products and Very punctual delivery

I chose one of the delivery points offered by the web, after more than 2 weeks I received an email indicating that the order could not be delivered. When I went to ask at the collection point they told me that they did not know why they were on the website as a collection point because they were not and that they did not have my order there. After enquiring at two post offices I managed to locate the order in which they had also put the wrong details as my name had been put as the street name. Although the order itself was what I expected the shipping process was very disappointing so I don't think I will repeat.

Two orders placed, the first with ordinary delivery (always used in previous years) never arrived; the second order with express delivery payment at 9 arrived a week later than scheduled delivery. First time such a disservice has happened with this company. Excellent customer service, responded quickly and clearly. Refunded all the first order, and refunded shipping charges of the second order.

V.happy with the name stickers. They work great and seem to stay put well on clothing and items like lunchbox Wish they were a little bigger but would buy again.

It is now customary before school starts already to order personalized labels and have the children pick them out themselves so they can't wait for them to arrive so they can stick them on their own things!
