I am very very disappointed, I placed my order at the beginning of April... 1.following some problems, because information on the payment very unclear, solved thanks to your staff on Messenger, I learned that it had been sent on April 18.... 2. It's early but I still haven't received my parcel. It was sent to Namur, even though I had indicated my new address in Ottignies. It ended up in a "point relai" even though I had requested and paid for home delivery... 3. Luckily I know someone who works at the post office! But the problem is that I still haven't received my labels and it's May! ... Very very disappointed 🙁 I've always had very kind replies from the c-Monettiquette staff and I haven't accused anyone of making a mistake, but despite that, there was a computer glitch and that's a shame. I understood the payment terms and conditions but I advise c-Monettiquette to indicate them more clearly!

Then, as we told you on Messenger, your parcel was sent to the address you gave, in Namur. This is not an error on our part, as we don't change customer addresses at random; parcels are sent to the address written down by customers.
