Create a system to duplicate old orders without having to repeat the whole process. It is ridiculous that you don't have it and/or it hasn't worked for months.

My order did not arrive.

I never received my order and customer service did not reply.

I placed an order on July 28th and it is now August 18th and I have not received anything. The truth is that the shipping issue is a bit of a disaster. This is the second time I order and the first time I had no problem, sure I will not order more.

I have received nothing

Ordered placed on 7th off August, have still not received it. Contacted customer service twice about this and same response saying track it via your tracking number for Royal Mail. There dispatched email previoualy stated it was posted as standard letter via Royal mail "not tracked", so it doesn't have a tracking number. Poor customer service and have still not received order.

Unfortunately, I have not received my order.... July 27 shipped and as of August 17, it still has not been received!

I anticipated my order, my children went to camp, the labels arrived on the day of departure and both my purchases were lost.

This time I ordered it never arrived and I rang up and it still didn't come after that such a disappointment as I constantly order from you

If I had read the reviews first I would never have purchased. I paid 2 extra to have trackable shipping and they send me an INEXISTENT number. They do not respond to emails. I will report this to the European dispute board. DO NOT BUY.

I did not receive what I ordered the color and size are wrong and there is not even the design I requested

The description said delivered within 48 hours. Ordered on Friday evening and still not there on Wednesday. I ordered by express delivery which cost me 9.50.??????

After having a delivery problem, the after-sales service was top notch.... Problem solved quickly... thanks I highly recommend... the labels are beautiful

Labels not received, but following my call I had the refund. however I had to manage to note the first name and surname of my son on all his belongings before his summer camp.

Unfortunately, I can't share the experience of fast delivery that I had a day ago. I ordered on 02.08. and to date no order has arrived. What a pity.

I have not received my order and they send me a message that it has arrived and it should have arrived from the 26th to the 31st and nothing at all.

Nothing received more response g had to recommend elsewhere!
