PLESE DO NOT BUY !!!!! wrong label arrived after over 3 weeks of waiting..I have contacted customer services and was told that my order will be reprinted... 2 weeks later still no email or response from customer service... my messages are being ignored.... Update:I am more then aware that most businesses do not operate on weekends but i have contacted you on Wed, Thursday, Friday and Sunday all my messages were read and ignored. I have now received answer from yourselves with an update and finally someone replied to me. No I wasn't told any of the information you have provided in the answer below. Let's hope I receive them soon as my daughter already started school and I initially ordered them over months ago. Thank you for addressing this issiue.

Hello Angelika, Thank you for your message and apologies we did not answer your message sooner. For information, our offices are closed at the weekend so any messages sent during that time will be treated on the following Monday. The new shipment of your order was put into production on the 28th August and shipped on the 29th August 2023,therefore the customer service has definitely been in touch with you less than a week ago. At the time, you would have been offered the option of a full refund, or a new shipment at our costs, informing you that your order would unlikely get to you before the start of school. I ordered some labels for my son's school on August 18. The delivery date was August 23 to September 1. Today is September 3rd and they have not arrived yet. It's an informal company, you can't trust them. I had to use temporary crappy white stickers. I hope I receive them and that they are not lost somewhere. They are not cheap, I spent 30. Honestly it's better to order from Amazon or any other supplier. I have complained and not even an apology or anything. INFORMAL!

This is the 3rd time I have ordered labels from this website. I've never had a problem before but my last order was a disaster. The names are illegible (very small font and the color is very light) and to top it all, the labels don't stick. After 24 hours, they're already half off. Really very disappointed... My labels ordered for stationery don't stick, customer service tells me I should have taken labels for small stationery... Total disappointment, I ended up with a huge batch of labels that I wasn't going to use and that didn't stick, even though it wasn't specified on the site and I'd bought them in the stationery tab... Really disappointed When it comes to shoe labels, the transparent film also peels off, making the label all sticky.... Really not great
