Unfortunately, the labels are not what I expected, some of the plastic from the printout is stuck to them and is difficult to remove.

I'm pleased with the labels, but unfortunately a sheet of 10 mini labels was missing for one of my two daughters, which was a problem.

I followed all the instructions so that the labels would stick, but in the end I washed a garment twice and the label came off. I wash at 40 degrees, so I'm really disappointed with my investment for my son's first day of school. I had to buy a pad to anticipate the others coming off.

I received the order quickly, but one of the bottles arrived broken at the top. I'm very disappointed because it's the one for my son who's starting kindergarten. The rest of the order was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it in view of the broken bottle.

It's a pity that the greaseproof paper is missing to be able to use the clothes labels. Package incomplete

Hello, Very disappointed this time the printing was not done correctly. Last time everything was fine and the delivery was very long. But this time it's the opposite

I ordered for 2 children (not from the same family, so not the same name) and received everything in a single booklet. This made it difficult to detach the sheets without damaging them. My advice for next time is either to make a booklet for each child, or a system for detaching the sheets more easily.

I'm disappointed by my daughter's name tags. On the visual, her name was clearly visible with the chosen colors. On the real labels, it's very hard to read, it's very small and the colors don't make it easy to distinguish.

UPDATE: 14.8.23 Customer service has contacted me. I have asked for my delivery to be sent to me by express, as I can't wait another 14 for an order. Unfortunately, my request could not be granted! I now have my money back. But I am disappointed. I would have preferred the goods as they are really great. A real shame! And of course it's very easy to blame everything on the German postal service. Perhaps the French postal service also makes mistakes 😉 It's impossible to trace where the error lies, as the parcel is sent without tracking. I ordered on 31.7. According to the system, my order should arrive on 5.8. However, it also said that it could take up to 10 working days. I wonder how that can be? So I haven't received an order to date and have already contacted customer service after the 10 working days have expired. I received a standardized email. I contacted customer service again today. I will definitely use a different provider next time! School has been in session for a week and the teacher is causing me stress. You really don't need something like that.

The labels are great, but unfortunately they weren't protected enough during delivery, and the dampness damaged the notebook.

This time when we ordered, things went smoothly, we couldn't change the typeface.

Quality products saving me time. Fast delivery. Point for improvement: it would have been nice to receive the booklets of labels sorted by child, especially when you have several children and the labels are all mixed up, it's really not practical. Thank you for taking my opinion into account for next year's order?

An error in the first name on part of the booklet (sibling inversion)

Took longer than expected for delivery. Needed to send a few e-mails as I was beginning to panic. This item was for my holiday, unfortunately it didn't come in time.

Too bad the notebooks are no longer separated for each first name and last order my notebook was damaged.

I think it's a shame that the personalization is just a sticker. I was expecting something else.

I wasn't aware that I would have to pay taxes for the product when entering Switzerland.

Product quality and choice are perfect. However, delivery took an extremely long time (2 weeks).

I think school supply labels are too big

I'm a little disappointed by the rendering, which doesn't match the original simulation (there's a nice font difference between the first and second lines on the final product). It's a shame, because the labels are really pretty otherwise.

I haven't received my parcel and they keep telling me the same thing and slightly different.

The labels look great, there's plenty to choose from, but there's a BIG BEMOL over time, despite all the precautions I take to install the labels on the garments according to the instructions, IT DOESN'T LAST OVER TIME... After 2 washes, it's all gone, a real shame...

For the price of the pack, I would have liked more small pencil labels.

I placed my order as it was estimated to arrive by the estimated date, but it did not arrive by that date so I cannot use it and I had to look for an alternative. However, I have to say that the customer service team was very responsive to my questions and resolved the incident.

Very nice labels and fast delivery. On the other hand, it's very difficult to peel off the small labels (mini format) to stick on objects. No problem with other formats, but this one is a real pain. I had the same problem last year. It's a pity, because it wastes time and is a bit discouraging.
