The labels are really great! I'm really happy with the purchase. If you are unsure of what you need, you can order a mixed booklet and that is just a genious way to simplify when ordering labels.
Hello I did not receive the order...
I am a returning customer and would never go elsewhere for labels. The customisation tool is easy to use and something my daughter now uses to design her own labels. The quality of the labels is high. The value for money is fantastic. One thing we did miss this year was the extra sheet of stickers in the pack which is normally sent! it was a nice little extra touch we had gotten used to 🙂 but if you could bring them back? Then 10/10
I was very happy with the stick on clothes labels they have done the job perfectlyÂ… however the website was advertising order now for an expected delivery date of xxxÂ… however having placed my order the previous week and having not received them I thought it was a bit misleading as to how soon you would receive them.

Very bad experience! Hands off! I waited weeks for the name stickers and they never came. Firstly, when I ordered them it said they would be delivered in 4 days. But they never came. Then I contacted customer service and was informed that the order was in transit. But the product never arrived!

The customization of the items on the site is super simple and versatile, cute product pack (cotton pouch), and i appreciated the surprise of the stickers included in the shipment. i don't give five stars only because the shipping was slightly slower than expected, but there was no problem

Overall satisfied, I do not understand the old labels glued very well and those of my last order, half comes off at the first wash ... (yet the same technique for fusing and the same detergent, etc.) It's a shame to have to do it several times.
