Excellent customer service, something seemed to have gone wrong with the transfer, I first received an email alert and then a phone call directly from the administration to tell me that instead the payment was successful and that it was an oversight of their bank. Same can be said of the delivery, which was very punctual, and the status of the package.

Petit fernand labels are great: colorful, durable, very adhesive. We had a problem with shipping and the customer service was faultless.

We always buy the school/daycare pack because they come in different sizes that fit a thousand things (clothes, shoes, tupperware...), plus when you stick them together they last a long time and in perfect condition 🙂 I always recommend them!

Fantastic material
Fantastic as always! Petit Fernand labels, in addition to being beautiful, have the property of withstanding numerous machine washes, I'm talking about both the heat stick labels and the clothing labels, the latter being much more practical than the former, as they can be applied in two seconds when you don't have time.

Super convenient
I have been using these labels since first grade, now my daughter is in fifth grade. In the last two years the quality has deteriorated. Unfortunately, the printing material is no longer of very good quality. I am sorry, continue to be my choice. But the products two years ago were the best. Today I would unfortunately not say the same.
