Excellent quality labels and also look very cute. They send it in a little booklet like a cheque book so I don't lose it and they also sent some extra fun stickers like dolphins, polar bear, fish etc. I was very impressed. I was expecting something quite plain but these are so well presented! I'll definitely order again

I love the personalization principle, with its pretty designs, colors and fonts, and the fast delivery! But iron-on labels don't stand up to machine washing... Too bad! The self-adhesive ones are a little more resistant. I was expecting more resistance, but on the other hand, if you want to give/sell clothes, it's more practical without your child's first name!?? I'll be buying more, as the personalization works really well.

My order arrived after almost a month and the labels were also wrong. They were sent back to me corrected and received after another 20 days. Really bad experience..too bad because the labels are very nice.
