I am really disappointed by this site. I have placed several orders and after a few months, all the products have defects - 4 water bottles: the caps are coming off. 2 were birth gifts and therefore only used for a few months. - snack box: the label comes off When I call customer service, they tell me that my order is too long ago... I've tried to explain that the material has only been used a few times, knowing that they were birth gifts. In short, I wouldn't recommend these products and wouldn't order them again!

Faulty stitching. Considering the price, I'm disappointed.

It is not immediate for me to figure out from the Site what kind of labels to order if I want them all different as subjects. But the result is always wonderful. They are beautiful, durable, and the fact that they put a sheet with stickers as a gift is greatly appreciated by the child

I ordered it the third week of August and still no order. I put a delivery point that they report and it turns out that it does not exist and the order is returned. They sent it again and it still hasn't arrived. A disaster, I will not order again. When it arrives I don't need it anymore.

Top labels!!! The labels are great! they hold up to washing on clothes and objects, thank you! next time I'll buy more iron-on clothes they are beautiful and very easy to put on The personalized water bottles are very beautiful (my 3 year old daughter loves it) however her engraved name faded quite quickly, as well as some drawings (2 weeks of lessons)

Great name stickers. We've used them since our daughter started nursery and she's now in year 1 at school. They do stay on after lots of washes, wouldn't use any other brand.

Package delivered late. You've just told me that you have no influence over the postal service. Except that I ordered from your site and not from the post office. I've had enough of this "someone is always to blame" attitude. It seems to me that it's up to you to honor your missions: send me a package in a timely manner. Both, not just one. It's up to you to choose how you work and who you work with. For me, it doesn't matter.
