Nice labels, good quality. I'd like more design choices on product labels, less childish motifs.

Very good quality, the iron-on labels lasted 1 year. It's a shame I couldn't continue with the same pattern as last year, so that my son could find his way around his things better (it was the blue gingham pattern).

Shipping is very fast. However, the labels don't stick to the garment once they've been put in the washing machine. Glued to a label on the garment, however, it doesn't move at all.

Ultra easy, nice design and good quality. This is the 3rd time I've ordered to mark my daughters' things (clothes and objects).

Despite all the explanations, the labels don't stick after the first wash. I'm very disappointed, even though I thought the labels were pretty.

I hadn't received the confirmation but customer service replied very quickly to my email. I find that the iron-on labels don't stick as well as before (as the ones I ordered 3 years ago).

Superb label Conforms

I have no complaints about the way my request was handled by the c mon étiquette site, as everything was sent on time. Unfortunately, having chosen chronopost delivery, I still haven't received my order and chronopost doesn't know where it is... c mon étiquette has already reimbursed me the shipping costs for the 24-hour delivery that was not respected. Unfortunately I still don't have my labels today....

I ordered labels with a delivery charge of 9.50 for delivery in 24 hours. My label sent the labels very quickly, but the delivery man took more than 24 hours to deliver. Fortunately, my label was willing to reimburse me.

I have been buying self-adhesive stickers for school clothes on this website for several years because the experience so far has been very positive. However, this last time it has been a disaster. It is noticeable from the first moment that the quality and sealing of the stickers has changed and they no longer last even one wash. Unfortunately, I will change brands.

Delivered on time and very useful items

Delivery time not respected (1 week wait instead of 24-48h announced on the site). Call to after-sales service was unsuccessful, as there was no answer as to how my order was progressing. Collection made even though no delivery.
