Reissued but customer service refused express delivery. The labels arrived after the start of the new school year, and I had to find an urgent solution to mark my daughter's belongings.

The girls (11 and 13) loved the choices of designs, they stuck well to the their clothes. They are both really happy with them. I felt they were more difficult to remove from the pack this year, several became misshapen getting them out - I didn't have this problem last time I ordered. If this had been my first order I wouldn't order them again. As it is - I'll get a similar product but maybe from a different company.

The only flaw , in this last order is the fact that the package arrived to me all ruined , half opened and crumpled. I had taken photos but then I left for vacation and can no longer find them as I had to delete photos
