I liked the ease of the website, the designing of them (not thousands of choices which is good) delivery was good, the product is nice but I'm disappointed when you remove them from the backing sheet. They seem strong but they misshape when you remove them from the adhesive backing sheet which is a tad annoying, it doesn't sit neat/straight on my items. It's like it's not really cut properly. Everything good prior just a slight disappointment with the removing of labels.

Thank you very much for sending the labels back to me when the first order was lost, after a few weeks they arrived again. I always used Petit Fernand labels and they arrived on time, only this year they delayed (by a lot) the delivery, but they were able to make it up to me, I think it was more a problem of the post office! Thank you very much.
Very good products. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from the site, the iron-on labels are easy to use and the personalised water bottle with straw is perfect for little hands, easy to open, my 3 year old daughter never leaves it!
I am very satisfied with my order. The labels are nice and do the job perfectly and are not expensive.
It's been 4 weeks since using the personalised stickers and so far I have no complaints. Been washed so many times too and hasn't come off or the colour hasn't faded either.

Arrived more than 1 week late when it said 2-3 days.
On the whole I like all the items I order except the bento where I am really disappointed by the quality of this one. The flocking is really very badly done (bubbles, sticky hairs, a real horror for a child's box).
Original delivery never arrived, however super speedy service and delivery got my our labels for school!

Unfortunately, although the labels they sell are nice and well made, the company and the structure in charge of shipping and customer contact leaves a lot to be desired. This is not the first time I buy from Petit Fernand. already last year the first order did not reach its destination. I had to write to get a new shipment. This year the same story. It just so happens that the first order turns out to be lost with the courier and like last year, it will never even arrive late to its destination. Very bad customer service that despite my reports did not take charge of the delay and inconvenience (school labels bought in August and arrived when school started already three weeks ago!). Given the very bad experience for two consecutive years I will not buy from this company again. If you are unable to handle a shipment to Italy do not advertise your products in Italy!
Very fast shipping, the labels are of good quality and can be washed in the washing machine and even in the dishwasher. For these reasons I have already ordered several times
