The quality is really not top Not only that, but I've ordered twice now and each time the packaging is completely destroyed. I'm going to stop using this brand.
Ordered on 31.07.23. Still not delivered by 11.08.23 (today). Very disappointed. School already 1. week around. Never again!!!!!

Good afternoon I placed an order for 2 combos for each girl and I only received one of each I am replying so late because I live in Venezuela and I had not received the order until 7/8 and I realize that it is incomplete.
With my first order everything went great, price/performance was right. 2nd order, supposedly delivered but I haven't received it, I only ever get a status reply, it's not even in the system, I only have the confirmation by email with the order number where I could see the status delivered, but that's not true and as I said customer service sends a standard reply straight away which I can't do anything with?

I've already bought clothes labels, they're great and hold up well. However, I bought labels to put on school supplies (felt-tip pens, etc.) and I'm disappointed because the labels peel off.
I placed an order on 30.07.23. I then received a shipping confirmation on 01.08.2023 that the goods had been dispatched. The following note was on my profile: You will receive the order between August 4 and August 9. In my opinion, it takes far too long, but fine. Unfortunately, nothing arrived today (09.08.23) and yesterday was my daughter's first day at school. I firmly assumed that the goods would be delivered today. So now I have to label everything today. If I had known this earlier, I would have opted for another company that delivers faster and that I can rely on. Because when I asked 3 days ago, all I got was general information about shipping. What a pity. Please contact me, as it is possible that the goods have been lost.

I've been a fan of your labels since my son's nursery, and he's now in CE2! Very practical for clothes as well as school and extra-curricular material. The only problem this year is that I got the size of the labels wrong.... In any case, super practical for us moms! I recommend 100 times! Huge time-saver! Y a juste a coller bravo a vous d'y avoir pensé! Thanks a lot!

I had heard good things about this site but for me I will never order again for the simple reason that my labels never arrived... despite an email to the service I remain unanswered and disappointed not to have the labels for my son's first school year :/.

Iron-on label that won't wash off! Shame on you for making us pay so much for this when we respected the protocol! I don't recommend it at all. Money down the drain.

Well it is my first order and since July 20 I still have not received it ... they gave me until August 3 and supposedly that day I'm not going to my house and leave it in my mailbox but never arrived or no one called me ... it's a shame that in the first order this happens ....
I bought a personalized water bottle. The label with my child's name came off and the stopper broke even though it had been used very few times. I don't recommend it at all!
It did not arrive at the right time. It took over a month and I had to order it a second time. I will not request your services again. This is the third time this has happened to me.

I can only give 1 star as i still have not received my order. I contacted your team and got an standard response to say it had been shipped. Its been nearly 2 months since i paid for my order. Very dissapointed as i have used 3 other times in past will have to go elswhere from now on.

On 07/13 I received the last message from petit fernand saying that my order had been shipped. When tracking it says order delivered, but it never arrived to my mailbox or to my door.

I ordered on 10.07. and got an email on 12.07 that my labels are on their way, I haven't received them yet and school starts next week. ??
Order was lost then replacement hasn't arrived either
I ordered labels for my children's scout camp, which started on July 21. I paid for express delivery to receive my order between July 15-16, so that I could get everything ready and stick the labels on the kids' clothes. On July 20, I still hadn't received anything. I contacted customer service, who told me I'd be reimbursed for the shipping costs of just over 9, since my order hadn't been delivered as planned. I would have preferred to have my labels. Finally, I received my order on July 24, which was too late. It's no longer of any use to me. I'm really disappointed. I had to mark the clothes with felt pens, which damaged some of them.
To this day, I still haven't received my order 🙁
To date, after 15 days, I still haven't received my order. A letter with no follow-up because the price of delivery is far too expensive when compared to the purchase price but is this a reason to never receive the items? I say never because last year I had the same problem.
