I've been getting labels from you for 5 years but with the previous order I encountered a problem. the adhesive clothing labels hardly came off the envelope you sent , it took minutes before I could do it and when I could it all remained ruined and folded. still I redo the order giving you confidence. hope for the best

I've been ordering for several years, but this year I was super disappointed with the item labels. They were much thinner go on the pencil and glued harder. Disappointed this year. On the other hand, I have nothing to say about the clothing labels.

I still haven't received my order...so I can't rate the product They have replied quickly to resolve the issue

Satisfied with the fast delivery and the self-adhesive labels are nice, but several of them stick to the backing and are therefore unusable.

I have already ordered the second time and now I was unfortunately not satisfied at all because not a sticker has stuck to the pens only the lunch box sticker stuck. Very disappointing this time, unfortunately

I received another customer's product and my order was also sent to a different address. But fast replacement and free of charge!

Wrong first and last names for both children

The choice of labels was easy, and the order was dispatched and received very quickly. On the other hand, I found the labels a little too large for my intended use: sticking them on my daughter's clothes. They take up too much space to write a first name. I also realize that some of them don't stick well. Probably my fault... But I had done everything as indicated and they seemed to stick perfectly. Except that in the first wash, many of them came off by themselves.

Product very well made, fast shipping, nice personalization 🙂 but none of my 3 year old's clothing labels are big enough to stick on... and my son is often disturbed by the clothing information labels so I often have to cut them off. Too bad the labels don't stick directly onto the garment, I hadn't paid attention to this important detail.

Having to make more little gifts, receiving one booklet with labels with different names was not helpful. The quality is good. Thank you

Order well placed but very disappointed that just after my order it passed an offer at -20% that I could not benefit.

The shipping time was not met. The labels for marking items are smaller than what I ordered.

As much as I would have given them 5 stars with last year's labels, I'm a bit disappointed here. I washed clothes that had been labeled several days before, and the labels came off and stuck elsewhere, on other clothes. It did it for 2 labels, I hope the others will hold.

Relatively fast delivery, but it's a real bummer when you order 2 different names, which are then stapled together in a colorful mess and you have to painstakingly take everything apart. If they were both gifts, then only one could receive the stickers and one the "cover sheet". There's definitely room for improvement...

Shipping has taken 10 days for every order so far.

Hello, the labels are a bit large for pencils and small materials.

Original gift but poor presentation

I've been ordering your labels for years, but lately I've noticed that the quality isn't as good. They come off the markers. Which is a shame, because that's the main use I have for them. I have to add sticky paper around the labels to hold them in place...

I have not yet received my order

I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for my order and I still haven't received anything. This is not normal (the post office has been very inefficient these last few weeks).

Hello, I thought the labels were made of fabric, like plasters, to adhere better to clothes, but in fact they are simply stickers, a little disappointed.

The labels are nice and the service fast. It's a pity that the kindergarten pack doesn't offer the self-adhesive labels option only if you're not interested in iron-on labels.

The label comes off after the first wash. This is the second year I've bought from you and the problem is still the same... Despite the fact that the product has been left to rest before washing. The first time I thought I'd come across a bad booklet, but obviously your labels aren't made to last much longer than the last time I bought from you.

Surprised because I ordered for 3 children, and I received only 1 booklet with all the children. 2 children are mine, the 3rd is a friend it was for a gift. So I had to cut out the little boy's plates from the booklet. In short, average for a gift.

I placed my order on 07/07 and to this day I still have not received my order although it is normally quicker. My order number is 1002951693. I hope I will receive it soon...

Disappointed by the labels that come off, I just prepared the markers and pencils for the start of the school year and a week later I had to tape everything back on.

I'm missing the paper for the plate, they were badly stapled and are badly die-cut, when removed from the sheet, they are quite damaged.

The labels are great. My first delivery was probably lost at the post office. Instead of checking this directly when I asked, I was told to use the link to track my shipment. However, I had already stated in my inquiry that the link was not working. Not ideal customer service. I had to write 5 emails before they took care of my problem and looked into it.

I like the labels, but the children's bottles don't have very good stoppers. The original caps were broken, so I recommended two new ones a year ago. Unfortunately, the caps didn't close. I asked for new ones, they confirmed it, but both caps were lost in shipping apparently... Now, a year later, I've recommended the same stoppers again, as we like gourds, but I'm afraid they won't last long. It's a shame...

Label very good, but I ordered 2 packs for 2 different kids and the 2 packs are mixed up. Sometimes in one and sometimes in the other. When we put the same color labels for 2 boys. Guaranteed waste of time! I'm going to unhook everything and redo it, but hey...

I ordered thermoadhesive labels for my daughter but they arrived late, my daughter left and the labels arrived after she left, which was July 12 I had ordered them on June 26. Now I have the labels but I don't need them anymore.

Fast and careful delivery, quality labels. No forgotten order this time... But I'm still disappointed that I never received a return or refund for my previous order, even though they forgot to place it. Unprofessional customer service.

I have ordered labels before and been happy with the quality, however, my most recent order the labels were not as clearly printed, the white font had bleeding/ smudging from the blue background. When I contacted customer service they stated it was not obvious from my photo (perhaps images are compressed when uploaded because I can clearly see it) and it was because the font was different from my previous order. I would expect the same level of print clarity from all font choices. I was not offered a reprint or refund but a discount off further purchases. With the risk of the same thing happening again I will buy from elsewhere in future.
