I have already purchased from this site but I am not completely satisfied. I bought 2 races for my son which are extremely difficult to open and close. They are already damaged after 1 year of use. I lost the cap of the gourd I sent a msg via Instagram never answered! So I had to buy another 8euros!!!! Knowing that the gourd costs almost 18euros! When the labels to stick to clothes it does not hold either! I won't order from them anymore!

Overall designing and purchasing was great. However, the stickers were delivered in a paper envelope on a rainy day, therefore the envelope was soaked and so was the book the stickers came in. Maybe in future you change your packaging to plastic or maybe coat the book in a plastic layer.

I loved being able to personalize the labels with my son's favorite colors and characters. The Maternelle kit is complete and I quickly received my order. The only downside is that the iron-on labels for the clothes don't hold up very well after a first wash, and half of them came off. ?? The rest of the labels (objects...) are perfect.

I followed all the instructions so that the labels would stick, but in the end I washed a garment twice and the label came off. I wash at 40 degrees, so I'm really disappointed with my investment for my son's first day of school. I had to buy a pad to anticipate the others coming off.

UPDATE: 14.8.23 Customer service has contacted me. I have asked for my delivery to be sent to me by express, as I can't wait another 14 for an order. Unfortunately, my request could not be granted! I now have my money back. But I am disappointed. I would have preferred the goods as they are really great. A real shame! And of course it's very easy to blame everything on the German postal service. Perhaps the French postal service also makes mistakes 😉 It's impossible to trace where the error lies, as the parcel is sent without tracking. I ordered on 31.7. According to the system, my order should arrive on 5.8. However, it also said that it could take up to 10 working days. I wonder how that can be? So I haven't received an order to date and have already contacted customer service after the 10 working days have expired. I received a standardized email. I contacted customer service again today. I will definitely use a different provider next time! School has been in session for a week and the teacher is causing me stress. You really don't need something like that.
