Order received quite late. Embroidered bag for the start of the new school year for my daughter. The bag lasted 2 days and then the strap broke. Really poor quality. I'm still waiting for the site to get back to me for a refund.
I had a problem with my labels I emailed them & explained what had happen & they sorted it out within 1day. Couldn't ask for anything better. I have used this company for 2 years and would highly recommend them. Their labels are great and last.

Great personalised stickers that stay on after wash!
I'm very disappointed with the labels. It's almost impossible to remove them without damaging them ... What's more, the first time I washed a garment with a label, it didn't stand up to washing... Very disappointed

Fast shipping, quality labels
As always, I've been ordering since my son started nursery school, so it's been over 5 years and I'm still just as satisfied. The self-adhesive labels on objects and textiles hold up really well, it's easy to find designs that children like, and delivery is fast!

My experience was positive and I'm pleased with the "chequebook" product I received. The only downside, which made me decide not to give it 5 stars, is that the choice of designs is a little limited.

My order was not delivered and then it was discovered that the parcel had been lost during delivery. They got back to me very quickly and prepared me again and sent me my order straight away. It was great!

The labels don't stand up to washing, and after the first machine (at 30 degrees), they ended up in the drum. Very disappointed with this purchase
Order placed on 28/08 evening and delivery only on 4/09 although I had chosen a collection point to receive my labels more quickly.
The iron-on labels do not work well. As much as I insist they almost all come off when the garment is washed. Now I bought the stickers and it seems to be a little better.
Order placed on 01/09, delivery expected in 3 working days, here we are on 16/09 and still no delivery. Not possible to track the delivery because no elien for tracking and no return to my complaint. I will give a notice if I receive my parcel or not to note the item.
Ease of use As described
Every year I order my labels for the new school year. I'm very satisfied, it's practical and efficient. This year I didn't receive the labels I ordered, but one call to the service was enough for my new order to arrive a few days later.
The stickers are fantastic. They look good, are waterproof and, above all, dishwasher-safe.
I was disappointed with my first order, the iron-on labels peeled off after the first machine wash. Quite the opposite of what I had read... I don't think I'll do it again.

The c mon etiquettes products are great! I bought labels for shoes, iron-on and adhesive labels for clothes, and a water bottle with my little boy's name on it. Everything works great 🙂 A small drawback, but probably not entirely due to the brand: delivery. I didn't receive part of my order, which had to be reprinted and sent back very quickly. Maybe the post office's "lettre suivi" option isn't reliable enough. I received the gourd by colissimo, which was perfect.

Easy fast efficient
Order No. 3001355242. They took a good 12 days to arrive (unacceptable time), a full 2 days after school started, and since they were labels for school supplies, they were totally useless. I was forced to turn to another site, fortunately much faster in delivery. I absolutely do not recommend the purchase
Top quality! And very pretty
These labels are really good, they stick really well on clothes and shoes. Even after x and x washes they stay on the clothes. Good value for money I highly recommend ????
