Site super products super fast delivery thank you ?? I order every school year for my daughter and she is delighted.

Fast delivery, well-designed site but low quality product for the high price.

I'm disappointed with my experience following a first order on the site that I should have received before the start of the school year. First of all, the parcel arrived completely damaged and opened at the post office with items missing. I had to return the order, thinking that the items had been stolen. The postman advised me to refuse the parcel, which was confirmed by the site advisor I spoke to on the phone. The problem was that the items were out of stock and the consultant didn't mention this to me. What's more, I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my second order, even though it was supposed to be sent without delay (which was promised to me by the site's consultant), but she preferred to wait for the order to be returned incomplete, which is not commercial. As a result, I've been unable to label my child's school supplies for the start of the new school year and have had to complete my order elsewhere.

This is the second year I have ordered the labels for my daughter and I find them really very comfortable for school. The printing is very good quality and they are quite durable over time. I highly recommend them. Shipping can be a little long, but always within the time frame stated on the website. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you!

Late shipping. Labels never received for back to school. Waste of time.

At first, I bought sticky clothing labels, but they couldn't withstand the dryer. So I opted for iron-on labels, washed at 40, tumble-dried and several labels have already popped off. The same goes for the shoes, the labels don't stand perspiration, a few years ago a transparent label protected the whole thing, unfortunately this label has disappeared and the labels haven't lasted a week.

Stunning product! This is the second time I've ordered some sticky labels, they are as durable and sticky as the first time. My daughters loved customising their new labels and even happier to stick them on their school clothes. It was easy to order and arrived well on time.
