The product is nice but the customer service is terrible. Erroneous shipments and many kind emails but "empty" in content to provide solutions. In addition, the first time the product fell out of my hands it broke. I think that in a product designed for children that should not happen. And what is most annoying is that they treat the customer as a fool. They keep saying that I was not at home when they delivered the package when the delivery was made to an office with a receptionist from 7:00 to 22:00h. I doubt that the post office was outside these hours....

Yes, no doubt. I ordered the labels to be ironed on fabrics and they arrived in a sealed envelope, which the courier could safely leave in the mailbox. The product is of excellent quality, after about thirty washes they are still in place. There is a huge choice of colors, patterns, decorations. For future needs I will certainly s heel little Fernand again! 😉
