The order has not arrived and I have no news of it

I am still waiting for them to arrive. I claimed 10 days ago again but have not received it. A month later, I have placed the order elsewhere because I doubt I will receive it with Petit-Fernand. Money and time wasted.

Receive labels from other families.

It's the third time I've ordered and it's the first time I've received neither the right color nor the right size of labels - too bad!

Package never arrived and non-existent assistance! I repeatedly asked for info about my order that was supposed to arrive between July 8 and July 13 but never received a response!

Unfortunately, the labels I ordered arrived wrong and I could not even reorder them because they would have arrived too late.

I placed an order on July 19 and they tell me that I will not receive it until August 1. They were labels for a trip and now I no longer need them. I will not buy again for sure, as they do not meet the delivery deadlines.

Hello, I asked within minutes of my order to change the logo of one of the children because I made a mistake, I was told very quickly that it would be done. The labels arrived without the requested change.

Labels ordered at the beginning of July and still not received. My daughter is very disappointed.

Bad experience for me. We followed the instructions well, iron heat, application time and pressure, but the labels came off after the 1st wash at only 30 degrees. Very disappointed, I switched back to sewing labels.

This is the third time I've bought back the cap on the child's bottle and each time the cap has broken. The bottle is fine, which is why I've repurchased the cap each time. But this time it's too much, it lasted 2 days for 8 euros. It's just too much!

I placed an order on 7/7/23 and it still has not been delivered! I write to their support but they don't answer me! They are scamming people! Return my money or send me what I paid for!

Self-adhesive shoe labels don't stick at all. That said, the iron-on ones are superb. Just disappointed with the shoe labels which I can't use as they don't work.

Too few labels for the price. Other sites offer packs with more labels for less. Very disappointed. The impression of having been robbed.

Didn't deliver my product. When I asked about it I had no contact with a real person. Now down on money as no refund !!
