I ordered 2 kindergarten packs with different names; for 3 different families and you mixed up the 2 names in the notebooks; I can't tell you how disappointed the 2 little girls were when they opened ...

Great product (self-adhesive labels for clothes) but supposedly fast delivery ( 42-48h with an extra charge of 10 euros) and unfortunately this was not the case. First time we've been disappointed by the service!

I find the result blurred, although I wasn't disappointed with my first order.

I have purchased several times from your site but lately I am not finding it as good as initially.... The adhesive labels tend to lift very easily while the ones to put on with the iron after the first few washes discolor

I received the labels half-tied in the notebook, not very presentable I think and especially not practical.

Disappointed, I tried another brand last year which is much better, more pleasant and above all cheaper with better quality, I won't be coming back to you.

It's useful to be able to buy a bottle stopper on its own. Unacceptable to have a compulsory minimum order. It encourages people to buy without needing to (for my part, I was 1 euro short of the minimum). The bottles are beautiful, that's for sure. On the other hand, at the slightest impact, the enamel splinters, which is normal, but it's a shame for items intended for children not to have a more suitable coating. Fast delivery.

The water bottles and lunch boxes are very pretty, but I'm disappointed that the drawings and the name are stickers. My daughter already has a friend who has started taking them off. Otherwise, fast delivery, well packaged.

I was sent someone else's labels that I can't use. I finally got the labels I ordered. I would like to order again, but now I'm stuck with labels I can't use or give away, so they will be going in the bin.

Fast delivery, and quick creation of the labels nevertheless I am disappointed the labels come off as of the first washing the labels objects are too large for the toothbrushes it is not really practical.

Very long delivery time. Light packaging, at the price I paid for the labels (400), a reinforced envelope would have been the minimum, it arrived trampled and torn on the sides. The labels are very nice, but I just hope they hold up better than the previous ones which came off too easily after a few washes (without a tumble dryer).

I have been buying your clothing stickers for years, I think the quality has decreased in the last purchase, several stickers peeled off after the first wash, I have garments with stickers from 4 years ago and many washes and they are perfect, but these last ones are not the same quality.

I'm happy with the result, but disappointed that there aren't more letters to choose from. For compound names it's disturbing. I had to put them in a different direction so that everything could be printed. As a result, instead of the first name, I only have half of the compound name.

Very long delivery time and outrageous prices. I ordered stickers for shoes. I was told 10 would arrive. However, 5 pairs of stickers actually arrived. This information is misleading. It makes no sense to use them individually! So it's 1.20 euros per pair of shoes. For stickers! I cannot yet judge the quality.

The delivery times have not been met. They indicate 48 hours and it has taken 15 days, so I have not been able to use them for what I needed.

The product takes quite a long time to arrive, I paid for the service with tracking but was informed only until the product was already in production and that there were delays due to other issues. I would suggest more communication, if only to say that it will take even longer.

I ordered for 2 children. The stickers came together in a book. As they are each school enrolment gifts, I now have to separate the stickers out of the book for each child. With two different names, the stickers should come separately

Hello, your iron-on labels for clothes don't hold at all after one wash, everything has come off and yet I didn't follow your instructions which are in the leaflet, so I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase.

I don't understand why you're sending me 3 brochures with the right name and one with another name - it's a waste!

Only problem, having chosen shipping by post office without tracking, the goods arrived more than ten days beyond the specified deadline

Very practical and beautiful, although the last two orders have arrived one with the labels badly centered, and the last a few days ago with more than half with the name somewhat blurred, it is not cheap so I think there should be a process of quality control higher than there is currently.

A quality service, with parcel tracking. Too bad I had to pay 25 euros in customs fees on top of my delivery. I live in French Guiana, so France! 6 euros for delivery, and 10.60 euros for VAT and 25 euros extra for ordering outside the department. Sorry, but I won't be ordering from your site again, even though your products are of very high quality.

Hello This is the second time that I order until today I had no problems. I ordered 100 labels for objects that I received without any problem and I ordered 100 iron-on labels and I still haven't received anything. I hope to receive them this week, too bad they didn't arrive at the same time.

Hello I bought products for my son and I was angry because I bought labels ... a gourd and a toilet bag with his first and last name, because he left in sea class and for my bad surprise I received the package in two times ... so the gourd and the bag I did not have when the labels so no gourd and kit for the trip ... and I had no information about it.
