Choice of label, correct price, fun model, fast delivery, frankly nothing to say that makes 2 3 times I order and nothing to reproach at the top I vs recommend it.
The site is great, and label customization is quick and easy. However, I don't find the packs very suitable, especially the distribution of label types. I'd also like to point out that the quality has deteriorated a lot. Last year the labels were of much better quality: washing machine and tumble dryer OK. This year, they've already peeled off after one run through the washing machine.
Good quality and the sticking power is good too! Lots of choice for designs. Lovely product, lovely brand.
I did not receive my order. I called customer service but they couldn't do anything. I bought another product. Really disappointed for the price there is no quality of service.
I placed an order which unfortunately never arrived and had to complain about it twice. Very sad, there were no errors in the address details and according to Deutsche Post (letter carrier personally known) there was nothing for me.

At home we are delighted with the quality of the stickers, because they are just like the images on the web and also resist many washes. We would also like to highlight the speed of delivery of the product.

First order I spent over £20. Order came wrong (different child's name). I understand mistakes happen but no money off or voucher. New order was sent but very long wait time by the time order eventually came second time around my children had started school so stickers were wasted.

The delivery was fast, the stickers are held together very sensibly, there were a few stickers for free. They are sent in the smallest possible package (in our case in a standard C6 envelope), which is very good for the environment. The stickers themselves look great and stick very well to the notebooks and books. We particularly liked the unique option of being able to design each sticker individually - that's exactly what we needed for school (stickers had to name the subject and be in the right subject color...).
