Fatal express order. Delivered late. Product fine, as always.
I paid the €9.5 express delivery because I needed it urgently to mark my son's clothes before going camping and it took more than 7 days. It did not arrive on time and I had to look for an alternative. I wrote to claim at least the return of the express delivery and they didn't even answer me.
The delivery I paid 9eutos for chrono and they took several days to deliver to me.
A pack of 150 labels per child with only 20 iron-on labels and 40 adhesive labels that can't be used because the initials of the family name are missing. Expensive for the use to which they will be put. As a result, I'm going to have to recommend a competitor this time. What's more, the children's names are mixed up in the booklets, which is not at all practical. Jen had ordered several times before but I won't do it again.

The express courier service takes much longer than the website indicates. After making payment as express shipping, the labels arrived after our son left for camp. Two days after the promised date.
Surely the mistake was mine in not choosing tracked shipping but I didn't receive the labels so I don't know how they are. I gave you 20 euros and I regret it

Unfortunately I can't comment on the quality of the products or their use, as I still haven't received my order. My order was shipped on June 16, today is July 4 and I still haven't received it. I'm a bit sad because I've only heard good things about this site.

I am waiting for some stickers a month ago, half of the order has arrived but not the stickers which seems to me what should arrive faster...I don't even know if they are going to arrive any day, I needed them for my son's clothes, he has started summer campus and his clothes don't have his name on them.
I placed an order about a month ago and never received anything.I ordered two packages of labels for clothes and items. And I would have needed them.

Absurd prices for very few stickers
From theft 3 weeks still nothing received my daughter leaves for camp in 2 weeks. When I go to the website to log in it tells me I don't exist. But I've been debited.

This isn't the 1st time I've ordered from this site. Usually everything goes well but now the parcel is lost by Colissimo. They don't know when I'll receive it. When I contact Colissimo customer service, they tell me to contact the sender, and when I contact c-monetiquette, they tell me they're out of touch and that they hope I'll receive my order... Great work... No quid pro quo offered by c-monetiquette customer service. So the items are generally of good quality, but you still have to receive them! If you have a problem, you're on your own because customer service will do absolutely nothing for you!
Received blurred labels that don't stick very well. Very disappointed, MY first order went well. The quality of the product has dropped. Unfortunately, this will be my last order.
