I NEVER GOT THE ORDER

The stickers were far too big and I received two different ones in one booklet. It was very impractical as I wanted to give one name as a gift. It looked silly.

I ordered my labels on July 5, here we are on July 20 and still nothing. I ordered them specifically for the kids' camp and I still haven't received them. As a result, my kids left for camp today without tags on their clothes. Not satisfied.

The delivery times are quite long, the order was shipped on 08/07/2023 and it is now 20/07/2023 and I still haven't received anything!

Delivered late even though I paid for express delivery

13 days after my order, I still haven't received it. My daughter went to camp and I had to mark everything with a pen.

I carefully follow the instructions for ironing the labels onto clothes, none of them hold up in the first wash, everything comes off, very disappointed. I hesitated to place my second order because that's what happened to me the first time, and then I said to myself, "OK, I'll try again, but I wouldn't recommend this again.

Out of 2 orders I have placed for labels, I have not received any, neither I nor any of my friends who have ordered.

Cheek!!!! I would never order anything here again or recommend it to others - first I get the bottled goods - then I am assured that the correct goods will be sent within 24 hours. Then they forgot to send the correct goods - then they supposedly sent them - after asking again, it took another 11 days - will the goods be sent within 24 hours? I have not received any goods yet!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered labels as I had done before, but unfortunately I'm very disappointed. The yellow letters don't stand out at all against the yellow background. Despite having reported this to customer service, no correct solution (e.g. replacing them) has been found!

I haven't received anything I did change my address on the site mm though at no time was I asked to confirm the delivery address....

I haven't received anything yet. I placed my order on July 1st and still haven't received anything on July 17th.

I have not received my parcel

Disappointed because I trusted the reviews. I stuck labels on my son's school supplies for his first day of primary school and they peeled off after 24 hours. I really don't recommend it!

Because I thought I was getting simple labels and there's a soccer ball at the end and for a girl who's not great I didn't select anything on purpose and it's just the same.

I did not receive anything although I had requested express delivery...

The label came off in the wash (temperature 30 degrees). Not at all satisfied!!!

I bought a personalised water bottle. On the second time my grandson took it to school the seal on the lid came off and was unfortunately lost. The bottle, as you would expect now leaks and is not fit for purpose. I would like to add that I have been very pleased with the response from Petit-Fernand. Thank you

Well, I've been waiting for more than a month for the order, so my rating right now is bad. It seems that there was an error with the address but no one called me or contacted me, so I'm still waiting for it.

Unfortunately the parcel has not arrived.

Nothing to say about the product, which I know well, but the order just didn't arrive.

Fatal express order. Delivered late. Product fine, as always.

I paid the €9.5 express delivery because I needed it urgently to mark my son's clothes before going camping and it took more than 7 days. It did not arrive on time and I had to look for an alternative. I wrote to claim at least the return of the express delivery and they didn't even answer me.

The delivery I paid 9eutos for chrono and they took several days to deliver to me.

A pack of 150 labels per child with only 20 iron-on labels and 40 adhesive labels that can't be used because the initials of the family name are missing. Expensive for the use to which they will be put. As a result, I'm going to have to recommend a competitor this time. What's more, the children's names are mixed up in the booklets, which is not at all practical. Jen had ordered several times before but I won't do it again.

Still nothing!

The express courier service takes much longer than the website indicates. After making payment as express shipping, the labels arrived after our son left for camp. Two days after the promised date.

Surely the mistake was mine in not choosing tracked shipping but I didn't receive the labels so I don't know how they are. I gave you 20 euros and I regret it

Not yet received the package

I never received my order or even a reply to my emails. However, my account has been debited...

Unfortunately I can't comment on the quality of the products or their use, as I still haven't received my order. My order was shipped on June 16, today is July 4 and I still haven't received it. I'm a bit sad because I've only heard good things about this site.
