The package has not arrived despite the fact that I placed the order on August 2nd. The minimum after spending 18 eur on labels is that they include shipping tracking. If not they should not advertise it as free shipping. I will NOT recommend this site to my friends with children.

The delivery is very fast. My first order was for 100 iron-on labels. I glued them all and saw that they were very pretty, so I recommended the 100 new labels right away. Unfortunately, in the meantime I washed the bodies and the labels came off. I'm extremely disappointed because I didn't even think about them coming off.

Order was dispatched 11 days ago still no sign. Contacted them and they have offered a refund or send again. I've opted for refund as I need it before school starts soon so will have to go elsewhere, its a shame as they had good reviews for quality.
