The delivery was ok, didn't wait too long for a personalised item but when the item arrived it had a different name on it than what I ordered, my daughters name didn't arrive which is very disappointing as there was no time to have remade before she returned to school. Quite disappointed by the labels to stick on clothes. They are very, very difficult to detach from the notebook and are systematically damaged. Otherwise, the iron-on ones and the ones for shoes are pretty good.
