The pack labels I ordered, there are some where there is only the name and not the first name on it.

They reimbursed me for the labels that never arrived but I would have expected them to work a little harder to retrieve them and get them to me! This is the second year I have been without them in September despite having ordered them in July! Let them change couriers! Never again.

I sent an e-mail complaining about the gourd I ordered because the straw kept falling out and asking for a new lid to be sent, but I never received a reply.

The labels peeled off after the first wash, even when the instructions were followed to the letter. I don't recommend them at all. I threw 15 in the garbage can.

Stumbled across an ad thought I give it a try for the new school year I applied the labels 24 hrs before wearing and around 2 days before washing and tumble drying Honestly I'm wonderfully surprised so far they have washed & tumble absolutely fine no wrinkles , or signs of peeling If I have to put in a negative I would say they can take a while to arrive so please allow a fair amount of time however arrived in the time stated

Easy label configuration, fast shipping. I just regret that there are too many iron-on labels compared to stick-on labels for clothing.
