I received an email that my order was delivered incorrectly. Replacement delivery should come. Nothing received so far!
Failure to meet delivery deadlines
Enormous delivery time, I still haven't received them. Ordered on June 5th.
I wouldn't recommend it again! Order cancelled immediately because the colors requested were not the right ones, yet I received the labels and was obviously charged.
Item never received. Emailed customer service but never received a response.

The order never arrived. I contacted customer service and they sent it back to me.... To date nothing has arrived. Neither the first order nor the second order. This is the second time this has happened. Too bad because the labels are great
Ordered in the 1st June and received an email to say 2 days delay in production- fair enough. It is now 15 days on and their status says complete but I am yet to receive my order. I am gutted these have not arrived as it was for my sons nursery. I was excited to iron and stick everything on before his big first day and now I don't get that chance and the shine has been taken away! They don't answer and just automated responses to emails with no tracking details.
Almost a month after purchase and I have not received my order.
I ordered a while ago and it arrived after about 10 days I redo another order and after about a month still nothing has arrived!
Order placed on 27/05, payment made, I still haven't received anything.
The writing was too small and the labels peeled off on the 1st slap.
The iron-on labels didn't hold, they all came off in the first wash ... it's the first time this has happened, the first order I placed I didn't have this problem ... this time I wasted my money and my labels.

I didn't receive my labels on time, it's 09/06 and I still haven't received anything and now they're useless.
Unfortunately for the second time in a row the order did not arrive after a long wait.

This was my third order and my last! The first time I thought I must have made a mistake to get the iron-on labels to peel off, so I gave you the benefit of the doubt. The second time I thought it was my iron that wasn't heating enough or too much. And then I invested in a mini press, so I could control the temperature down to the degree, for my third order. Having followed all the instructions, nothing happened, the labels all came off and some didn't even wait for the first wash. I'm very, very disappointed with the quality.
I paid extra to receive express shipping and not only did it not arrive on time but it exceeded the normal time. Also the quality of the labels not as before. The labels on the shoes peel off after 2-3 uses and the self-adhesive labels on the clothes came off in the first wash I did in the washing machine. I have been a customer for years and this had not happened to me, in previous orders....

I have not received my order, even though I ordered it twice.
I ordered labels for sugared almonds, I asked for express delivery to be sure to receive them on time, I ordered on 17/05 I received the order on 25/05, it was too late I had to improvise labels myself, now I find myself with labels that I no longer need.

I have yet to receive my order despite flagging it with customer service. This is incredibly disappointing.
Extremely poor quality. The rather expensive personalized bottle was broken very quickly. It was neither dropped nor put in the dishwasher. Warranty is not provided by the company in accordance with legal requirements. A 20% discount for a bottle where the coating crumbles off after less than a year of regular use is completely inappropriate. Unfortunately I can't upload photos here, but I will try Google. Hands off this supplier!
Never received my order. It was delivered elsewhere, due to a labelling error on your part. I'm disappointed because I really needed it, I had to order on another site more reactive. However, the customer service team was very sympathetic and offered me a refund, which I'm still waiting for. Even if this has been resolved, I'm still obliged to give it just one star.

The 48-hour service is the time it takes to get it ready for you, and then 3 to 10 working days if you are lucky. You have to order well in advance. Customer service does not respond to complaints are general automated emails.
Hi. I ordered the labels on 12/05/2023. We are at 19/05/2023 and I still don't have them. The phone number that appears on the web is a 902 (I think it is forbidden to use it for customer service, if I am not mistaken) always with the little song "at this moment we can't attend you, leave a message". Well, so far my experience is not very good.
I was satisfied for years. Ordered at a discount. It's been 4 weeks now. Goods still not received. Customer service does not answer in German. What a pity

I did not like the shipping, they lost my order, I needed it for the nursery and they sent it again by the same method, very bad experience especially when you need it and it is delayed.
