I've ordered thermo-adhesive clothing labels twice from this site. Ordering is rather easy, the labels are made and sent quickly and received in a suitable envelope. The labels work perfectly. The navigation on their website is not the easiest and most user-friendly, but that's a detail. I highly recommend them!

I paid extra to have tracking of the shipment. I had to contact customer service because the shipment has not yet been delivered and twice they replied that there is no tracking for my shipment. Very disappointed to have paid for a service that in fact was not given to me!!! ***Update of 13/09*** the company provided me with Italian tracking and apologized as the previous emails were automatic replies. The shipment arrived yesterday as they were responding to me. The product looks nice and neat and lives up to expectations. Aside from the hiccup, I would say that for the expense incurred the customer service is attentive.
