The labels were just as I'd chosen, but there was a problem with the "cut" of my label sheets. While the shoe labels peel off easily, the clothing labels are impossible to peel off by hand. I have to use a small screwdriver-type tool to remove the label without damaging it. Quite disappointed.

A few downsides for me: the price is still pretty high despite the back-to-school promotions with the eco packs. And there's a lack of white labels to put back on when you give or sell the garment...that would be a real plus to the service.

However, I was unpleasantly surprised to receive my different designs mixed up in the booklets, rather than having one design per booklet. We had ordered several in a single order to save on postage, but the distribution was more complicated than expected.

I was basically very happy with the labels, beautiful design, in booklet form with application explanations for each type of label. Easy to apply. Unfortunately, the first time I washed them at 30 degrees, after waiting a week after application to make sure they had set properly, everything had come off. I'm very disappointed, I didn't buy these labels so that I'd have to reapply them every time I washed my child's clothes.
