Great name stickers. We've used them since our daughter started nursery and she's now in year 1 at school. They do stay on after lots of washes, wouldn't use any other brand.
Package delivered late. You've just told me that you have no influence over the postal service. Except that I ordered from your site and not from the post office. I've had enough of this "someone is always to blame" attitude. It seems to me that it's up to you to honor your missions: send me a package in a timely manner. Both, not just one. It's up to you to choose how you work and who you work with. For me, it doesn't matter.

I've been ordering back-to-school labels for my kids for years (clothing labels, object labels, shoe labels, lunch box labels, etc.) and each time I'm delighted with the product and the delivery time. My youngest is starting secondary school next year. This may have been my last order, but it's just the way things have turned out. I highly recommend them.
