Great site. Good choice of labels. The labels are of good quality and don't peel off. And the deadlines are met!

I've been ordering for several years now, and this year I was tempted to go elsewhere, but in the end I came back, and I'll be coming back for years to come. Quality labels, solid with super customizable and beautiful designs, fast manufacturing and delivery. This year I also ordered a small bag for my little one who goes to nursery school, the quality is top notch ???? I recommend them with my eyes closed

Perfect products but delivery was a bit slow

This is the 3rd time I've ordered the stickers and I've always been very satisfied. The selection of colors and images is good and the kids are always happy with the combination. This time (07.2024), however, it is almost impossible to get the small square stickers for clothes off the sheet, which makes it bumpy to use and takes some of the fun out of it. It also took a very long time for the stickers to arrive - it was much quicker in previous years

The iron-on labels hold very well and I'm very happy with the result. Good packaging, practical because the label sheets are attached so they don't get lost. A little less easy to remove the parchment paper.

Very happy with my order, but I had selected the gourd with the two types of stoppers and on receipt there was only one. I had to recommend the missing stopper. Otherwise good quality products, the children are delighted.

I didn't receive my labels and the site offered me a full refund or a return at their expense! I find this very professional!

Always used Petit-fernand for my name labels. Unfortunately this time, the quality was poor. Very pixelated the name isn't a clear print. I did request a refund or a re-print. They offered a re-print but it arrived the same poor quality.

As usual, I always order labels from this site. So far, no problems to report, except on my last order when the color requested was not the right one. The bright pink is now a violet pink. Customer service was very responsive, but the error recurred... too bad.

I made a first order which never arrived. Lost by Chronopost. I had to contact the c mon étiquette service. I was then offered a new order which also never arrived. This time it wasn't Chronopost but c mon étiquette who never sent my new order. After 20 days of waiting for all this, I found myself without an order and without the labels before my children went back to school. I don't recommend this site at all.

I ordered a label complement because I had already ordered one two years ago. I was able to redo the same labels on the same theme. Delivery is resumed even during peak periods. I ordered the labels on Friday and received them on Wednesday (end of August).

My order was dispatched on 23/08/2024. As of 06/09/2024, it is in "Delivered" status, but I still haven't received anything.

I love your iron-on labels! They stick very easily and hold up well over time. I've been using them since my child started nursery school, and we're already in our second year of kindergarten now. And I'll continue to do so because I have full confidence in the site.
