I'm not very happy with the quality of the labels and the fact that there are labels for clothes and objects. I usually buy from a competitor and we can all put them on fabric.
The labels are always top-notch and I'm very satisfied with the results. I've been using them for 2 years in a row and I'm very happy with them.

Neat label quickly received easy to use
The labels are very pretty, but they didn't last a single wash at 30°C. Everything has been respected in the hen procedure attached to the garments and yet they are peeling off. Extremely disappointed, I'll have to order more.

Wasn't sure what toexpect, bought the no iron clothing labels and they work. They don't come off in the wash which is what I half expected. Brilliant product. Will order more for sure.
The labels are very pretty and are a hit with the little ones (and the parents!) Fast delivery. The team is very accommodating: on my first order, I accidentally selected the wrong type of label. I contacted customer service to find out whether the error was mine or due to order processing. They confirmed that it was indeed me who had made the mistake, and very kindly offered me a discount on my next order.
Perfect I order every year
Considerably disappointed from one year to the next. Missing item sent back 15 days later, so after the start of the school year, and labels that go off as soon as the first wash, whereas in the past they were perfectly clean. I've already placed several orders and this is the first time I've been disappointed with the site.
One self-adhesive label was already damaged after the first wash. A second had peeled off and hung in the machine's drum.

I never received the order.
The letter carrier supposedly couldn't find my address, so when I returned the labels, instead of just putting them out for destruction, someone contacted me to check my address and send the labels back. I think that's great. Thank you very much. I'm delighted with the result, they're good quality (at my son's school they supplied us with another brand and the quality was nothing like it). The iron-on labels stick really well and last a long time.
