Order placed on 27 August 2024 and still nothing! Too bad

The delivery was ok, didn't wait too long for a personalised item but when the item arrived it had a different name on it than what I ordered, my daughters name didn't arrive which is very disappointing as there was no time to have remade before she returned to school. I rang for a refund and received straight away so my stars are because of that

I received my items on time and they are as ordered. The quality is there and the workmanship is good.

Excellent fast shipping

Quite disappointed by the labels to stick on clothes. They are very, very difficult to detach from the notebook and are systematically damaged. Otherwise, the iron-on ones and the ones for shoes are pretty good.

2nd time I've ordered from the site. Resistant to washing (dishwasher and washing machine). The offer on packs makes it possible to take a sufficient quantity of labels (school, nursery, sport, etc.). The fact that you can personalize them is a big plus! Delivery took quite a long time, approx. 11 days. The quality is good, but the name stickers are difficult to remove, which can be quite annoying if you have to stick a lot of things on.

Very pretty item, but it's a shame that the personalization is glued paper and not engraved.

Normal labels expensive for the number. No better quality than the ones you find in stores. They should be cheaper than the ones we use for clothes.

As the labels arrived 1 week after the start of the school year, despite what was announced on the website, they were useless.
