My experience has been very good, because after a delay in the order I contacted them and they gave me 2 options, send me another order without paying anything or refund me the money. I chose the first option and a few days later the order arrived due to a delay in the post office. I notified them to cancel the new order and they were going to send it to me anyway. I wish everyone offered the same solutions.
