Shipping and product as described
I was unfortunate because the order did not arrive on time but with a 3-week delay and the labels were a bit bent because the envelope got wet. However, they refunded me immediately as soon as I contacted them via email to notify them of the delay and my son had already started school. Mistakes can happen but they behaved very correctly. Thank you! I will definitely order other things.

I love them! This is the third time I've ordered them. The adhesive patches for clothing hold up great in the washes. And the ones for the materials hold up great.
