Ordered placed on 7th off August, have still not received it. Contacted customer service twice about this and same response saying track it via your tracking number for Royal Mail. There dispatched email previoualy stated it was posted as standard letter via Royal mail "not tracked", so it doesn't have a tracking number. Poor customer service and have still not received order.

We are facing high demands at the moment and all requests will first be answered by the means of an automated email, prior to being answered by a physical person.
