Despite all the instructions, the labels don't stick. They peel off in the first wash. I'm extremely disappointed and annoyed. I had only positive feedback from you. Wasn't there a PB with my labels?

Hello, I did not receive my order although I had chosen a delivery in chronopost with the price which goes with. I tried to contact them to understand and no answer. Even the contact form to write them does not work. The amount of my order has been deducted from my bank account but to date, no news of this order. I am very, very disappointed. Unfortunately the sticker that was attached to a label in my son's top detached and fell off in the very first wash. Really disappointing. A shame as it was very cute. I was a victim of Style over substance in this case!

Poor quality labels, they crack when ironed, and peel off even before the first wash. False information that they can withstand up to 90° degrees in the washing machine, as they peel off even before the garment gets wet. Not recommended at all! I have asked them for a refund of my order, and they will send me others, which will be just as bad as the ones I received.

Very disappointed I ordered 2 wooden luggage tags for my children. The tags are correct (18euros) but the fasteners are two pieces of string that will obviously never hold and do not allow the tags to be moved to other bags once attached.

The smallest object labels are illegible... I chose the navy background with white waves. On the large ones, it's not a problem, but on the small ones, the waves stand out too much and you can't read the name!
