Unfortunately, the shipping costs are very high, so a lunch box actually costs 28.00. The first tin lasted almost 3 years.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad rating. I have never waited so long for an order. I have already written 2 emails. Where each time only a prefabricated automatic reply mail comes. So you can't do anything with it. We needed them so urgently by tomorrow. And then that's just extremely annoying! We are curious to see when they will finally arrive. And hope that at least the labels will do a good job.

The thermo adhesive stickers have mostly peeled off after washing the clothes in the washing machine. The others are still in place.

I have purchased your object labels several times before, but this time I have difficulty removing the labels, more than one does not come off the backing well and the adhesive part remains attached which you can remove later.

The stickers are already usable. But there's far too much garbage around them: stapled with an envelope, space between the stickers and additional stickers that nobody needs.

I thought they were fabric labels, but they're plastic. I'm a bit skeptical about the length of time, so I'll see how long it takes.

I ordered two personalized Goudes 6 months ago. The drawings don't hold, the first names fade and one arrived with part of the drawing already damaged. I'm disappointed with the quality and price. At the price of personalization I thought at least to have quality and it is not the case. I'm disappointed with this purchase.

Very long wait times. Little clarity on shipping: free for my order (let's be clear, of 60E) but by regular mail and no tracking. From order to receipt took 20 days. For these prices they should provide fast shipping with tracking and free, like other sites

Good reactivity following my complaint about defects: lack and defective material. Quick return of these items but the replaced lunch box lid is the wrong color.

My order did not arrive, they sent another one and I called to get it sorted out. I placed the order on December 10th and it arrived on January 3rd.

3 gourds ordered, one of which had an indentation on receipt... what a shame! Mail sent but no reply...

Unfortunately not convincing in terms of quality.

Delivery took a very long time. Product is not double-sided, which means that the window stickers can only be seen indoors. Very disappointed. Just look like white splodges from the other side.

Fast, careful delivery, the labels are very pretty. The big problem: they come off in the first wash, which took place a week after ironing.

I ordered yellow labels with white writing. On the web, it looked good but in reality you can't read anything ! I would have appreciated if the quality department or another Petit Fernand had warned me of the poor visibility before receiving the labels at home.

The delivery time announced was not respected. The labels I needed for my son's camp arrived 1 day after his departure. No e-mail was sent to inform me of the delay, which could have enabled me to cancel the order, which was becoming unnecessary. I had to contact customer service and hope to receive the parcel in time, but it was in vain....

Labels do not stick to different materials/utensils properly

The order never arrived at my home address, so I made a complaint. The second shipment never arrived either (despite checking my delivery address). I'll have to make another claim for the same order. Quite disappointed, although I'd had good reviews.

I like the large selection and the ease of use. Unfortunately, some stickers quickly disintegrated into their layers. Overall, it fits.

The quality of the labels has gone down. I have been using them for years and in this latest batch they have changed. They are no longer integrated with the fabric and are stiff, so that they are uncomfortable when in contact with the skin.

Hello, I'm used to ordering labels from you and I've just noticed that they don't hold up as well on this latest order. Barely 2 or 3 passes through the machines and they come off. On the other hand, my 1st order was of exceptional quality. A bit of a shame

Labels are really okay, but I waited 14 days for them to arrive in this day and age!!!!

I have not received my order yet.

My order arrived incomplete. I then contacted them twice via the contact form with no result. Then I left a message on the machine, no response. Then I contacted them again by e-mail. And still tried my luck again by phone the next day. At the same time, I finally received an answer by e-mail. We then clarified the problem over the phone. 6 days later, the rest was finally in my letterbox. I wouldn't order from them again, it was just too much effort!
