I ordered a selection of name labels/stickers and Royal Mail emailed to say it would be delivered that day but nothing arrived. I left it but after 10+ days I messaged Petit Fernand for some advice, who to contact, how to solve it etc. Straight away I received an email to say they would resend the order or transfer the money back. Lovely stickers exactly as ordered. The choice of colours and pictures was excellent. I know it sounds obvious but they actually stick - I had to use them on pencils etc and even when curved round an object they stuck really well.
